a year agoBought a Samsung A53 case here for my son and got them to fix a screen protector too. They have a good selection of handphone cases there. The girl installer was very pro. She did a fantastic job and cured it under a UV lamp after putting on the screen protector. She did a perfect job. The price is reasonable. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. The service was good, though. The cashier lady was friendly, and we had a good chat.7 months agoI recently visited them and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The shop featured a wide array of phone accessories, including cases, screen protectors and various gadgets. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and were happy to assist me in choosing the right items for my phone.One of the things that really impressed me about this shop was the quality of products offered. The phone cases were not just stylish and good-looking, but they also provided great protection for my phone. The screen protectors were of high quality and provided crystal clear vision without any glare or distortion.
a year agoLocated just above the Shaw IMAX lobby, it’s a go-to store for ear buds for your in-ear Airpods Pro etc. They stock the premium foam earbuds in pairs of three that costs around S$30 which I used to get from various downtown earphone boutiques and online. But best of all is you have the option of buying the OEM foam buds loose. At their counter top, next to the POS is a display case. The staff are pretty knowledgeable and just ask in English or Mandarin, as the ladies are very helpful. Nowadays, I hop in whenever a friend or I need replacements. Each pair is about $7 (2022), and don’t haggle please.10 months agoWent in to get a case and tempered glass for my iPhone 14 pro max after getting it from singtel next door. Was pleasantly surprise by the variety of cases available. Was even more pleased by the services from Jasper. Everything including the tempered glass are fixed within 10 minutes and Phone is ready to be used. Price is not cheap but fair. Very professional, highly recommended.10 months agoMy favourite mobile accessories shop. Staff really nice and patient. Always get case and screen protecter from them after new phone upgrade。 Their tempered glass may look ordinary but are truly oleophobic, very minimum fingerprint after use. Highly recommend!

a month agoBought a Fitbit from them and needed help with it’s warranty policy as there wasn’t a service centre in Singapore anymore. Staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, kept assuming that I wanted to return their product and kept citing the 7-day return policy.If you’re ever looking for defective goods and a disappointing customer experience, you know where to go.

Please give him a raise.4 months agoBought some earbuds and had some issues with audio quality. Apparently unable to refund it for some reason? What if I exchange the same product and same issue? Then cannot exchange again…a year agoI was at Challenger WWP today and met with a very rude staff – Name: Diong Chee YuenHe refused to help me and called someone else to help me instead even though he was not busy nor attending to another customer. When I feedback to him that he was rude and lacked customer service, instead of being apologetic, he laughed and taunted me with “So, so??” and told me to go ahead and make a complaint if I wish to. And when I looked at him, he asked me why I was looking at him and asked me what I was going to do to him. It is clear bullying towards me, a woman. This is such a disappointing experience shopping in-store and supporting a local business. This must be why online shopping is taking over physical stores.
6 months agoLast evening bought a Samsung A54 mobile phone at Waterway Point Challenger & was served by Zi Hao who helped me decide which model to get. He is knowledgeable & provide good service which made my shopping a pleasant experience.?

But if you are staying at Punggol/Sengkang, it’s a lot more convenient and you save a lot on travelling time.

I strongly discourage everyone from giving your phone for any sort of services to them. They cheated my dad. My dad went to them to change his phone battery (Samsung Note), as his battery level fell to zero very fast throughout the day. After having the battery changed in the shop, he saw no difference in his battery life. In the end, after going to another shop, we found out that the salesperson in Kinghub had replaced a faulty battery for my dad/did not change the battery at all, and cheated us of our money. Disappointing service.
My iPhone cannot charge and came to this shop. The owner helped to check and fix in 1 minute! No charge! She could replace the interface and charge me but she didn’t. Definitely recommend this shop
