  A regular here on a daily base,recently always saw this sign whenever the part timer is working, waited for 20 mins, others costomer is also waiting there for very long time, still no one is here,is this the attitude and what a “convenient store” has to offer?! This is really frustrating and disappointing. Really hope this kind of situation will NOT happen again PLEASE.

  The cashier today was utterly rude and unhelpful. I went in to get a drink and when I couldn’t find it, I asked the ugly old cashier politely where it was and with an annoyed manner she waddled over to the drink and aggressively pointed it to me before waddling back to her little cashier booth. I can assure you I was super polite during the whole interaction and did nothing to provoke the woman, she just had a bad attitude the whole time. Please fix her attitude or send her to the rubbish dump.

  There was this lady who was extremely rude. I wasn’t sure about the ongoing $2 deal, so I had to ask her about it. Regrettably, she responded in a very impolite manner and didn’t provide a proper answer to my question. I remained confused as I went to the freezer to find a drink to go with my cup noodles. She noticed my confusion and came out in an angry manner. When I asked if I could match any drink with my cup noodles since I wasn’t sure about the options, she pointed at the Coke and told me in an extremely unpleasant way that it was the only option I could choose. As she returned to the store, she sarcastically said, “Any drink, any drink, where got so good one.” Her behaviour was quite upsetting and made the whole experience uncomfortable. PLEASE fix her attitude, really unacceptable.

  Lady cashier on 21 aug 8.40pm shift is extremely rude. I was looking through the products and she did not indicate to me beforehand that she needed to use the washroom, all of a sudden in a harsh tone she asked “are you done”.

  There was a lady she was very rude , my neighbour who was only 10 didn’t manage to pull the handle and the 7 11 staff scolded her for making a small mistake. Fix their attitude.

  Poor service by an old lady at the counter. She didn’t even bother to look thru my parcel and said don’t have. So who am I supposed to find if she said my parcel isn’t at the store?

  This old lady with specs, I wanted to buy ice cream from the store and I saw on the price tag it puts $2.90 but when I went to the counter she scanned the item to be $3.90. I asked her again to clarify and she raised her voice at me like she wanted to start a fight to clarify the price. Very poor customer service attitude and this is not the first time.

  very bad service, very bad employees, very bad store. this old lady got glasses at the counter very rude ah . you shouldn’t even buy water there or even buy things infront or beside the store. everyone got problem with that old lady, fire her already pls. her attitude is not acceptable too . the machine obviously bad but always blame blame blame the customer. im not saying the customer is always right, but the employee also never right eh.
