4 weeks agoThe restaurant looks majestic ? it’s very brightly lighted up. A nice place to have family dinner as it isn’t too noisy and crowded. Food is good too look very healthy ?Fried pork with fungus : RM 18 Braised spare ribs with garlic : RM 26 Rice : RM 2 Braised NamRu Bean Curd Skin : RM 25 Stir Fry Sweet Potato Lead with Pumpkin : RM 16
All the food was good . It’s kind of like healthy and vegetarian style. I think they serve a lot of vegetarian food ? personally not fond of vegetarian food but I find their food good.
The fried with fungus , the eggs was yummy but don’t recall much pork ?
Braised spare ribs is pretty alright . Only thing is the bones were brittle so it was a little annoying while having to watch out from bitting into bones ??♀️
Stir fry Sweet potato leaf with pumpkin is yummy 🙂

Majestic architecture and interior design. Clean, bright and welcoming.Fried spinach with pumpkin: the spinach is deep-fried, not stir-fried, so it was too oily for me

2 months agoIt’s giant Chinese foods restaurant that serves all varieties of local delicacies and vegatarian foods as well. To be honest, I found their foods are much more tastier before they changed to this new location.3 months agoThis was our first visit to Melaka and our family was delighted that our tour guide brought us to this restaurant. The food, service and decor were great and we would definitely come back if we are ever in Melaka again.

a month agoWe had dinner at this restaurant. The place is very clean with a pleasant decor. Seating is on the ground floor with private rooms upstairs. Our order was quickly taken and food served soon after. The three egg dish was very good as was the beans, which were fresh and crunchy. The tofu with mushroom and vegetables was flavourful. Service was attentive and we had a pleasant meal here.a month agoThe food is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. Service was good as the staff was very attentive and friendly too. The lady served us adviced us not to over order as normally I will lost control when come to ordering. Finally we have a chicken, a seafood pot and veggie. With starter too. Overall taste good and a place to revisit.11 months agoVery good serviceAll the food generally are good except the friend chicken and prawn abit too much sauce and too sweet for me.
The food serve quite fast also. Even the vegetarian option looks great. Reasonable price.
Great environment for special occasion like birthday or gathering.
The boss is also very friendly and accommodating.
8 months agoStaff were super friendly and attentive. Our tea cups were never empty! The food was amazing and the portions were generous. Highly recommend. I would certainly return.

Pretty decent local chinese tze char food. We had the signature fried fish head steamboat and the roasted suckling pig.
The food was not overly seasoned with salt/msg and service was prompt.
I particularly enjoyed the fish steamboat. The soup had a tangy spiciness to it and the fish was pretty fresh.
Loved both the service and the food. I was only with my 6 year old and they did the portions of of the food perfectly. My son loved every dish too even though he’s not the best of eaters! We ordered sweet and sour fish, 青龙菜，oyster noodles and a soup. Sounds like a lot right but perfectly portioned and we finished all.
2022 update: the staff are very good with portions and will caution you. I was even asked when paying whether we really ate all that food as we ordered 7 dishes for 2 adults and 2 kids. Oops… We wanted to try more. Good value, good solid cooking. Although we were somewhat disappointed with the yang Chow Fried rice it didn’t deter from the rest of the dishes.
My family and I have frequented this restaurant for years. It was recommended to us by a Malacca local. We love this place and will remain repeat customers.
Went after 1pm in Malacca, saw from google reviews that it was still opened, so had a try. The restaurant is old, a bit of that smell… but nvm, its the food that counts and we think the food is nice ?
Visited the restaurant for the first time; the food was great. Mdm Tan, the restaurant owner, was friendly and patient in serving us. More importantly, the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended for a restaurant with great traditional and authentic food.
