3 months agoFood was OK, but we were expecting something special given the hype and the popularity. Ordering was by choosing the dim sum (didn’t see any menu) at the stall and was quite stressful because there were people behind waiting for you to finish ordering. I quickly pointed to a few dim sums which looked good and one of them happened to be an expensive item. Ouch!2 weeks agoFood: The food was all right with the old style of push cart. The taste of the item was pretty normal. But I like the pork rib was amazing and tasty.. the pork ribs was tender and well seasoned. The fried yam was nice with a balance of tan and the char Siew in it.. The rest was pretty normal..Related articles:- Temukan 5 Tomyam Terbaik di Kuala Lumpur

Went there for dim sum but was so disappointed.
Bad service,
1. No one leads us to the table, we have to walk in ourselves.
2. Ordered apple juice but got cancelled without letting us know. Reordered the just as we thought we missed it, only informed us juice is not available when we follow up again.
3. Placed order at 9:07am, the print order chit captures the time 9:11am. First steam dish was served after 40 mins, and last dish was after 1 hour and 15 mins.
Price is reasonable, but most of their dishes are quite salty.
Honest rating after multiple visits: 5-star service (attentive staffs/serve food super fast after placing orders) , 5-star freshness of food ingredients, 5-star chef’s cooking skill (top notch) , 5-star dining atmosphere, 4-star food decorations, with quite reasonable/affordable charges (at least 30% cheaper than some very high-end Chinese restaurants around), those are enough for our family with kids to visit there repeatedly. Such a hidden gem, highly recommend!
Went there for dim sum on Sunday morning. The setting is very good, but the food is just average, and the waiting time is very long. It took 30 minutes to serve my order, and we waited another 30 minutes for my takeaway order before leaving. I would recommend thinking twice before patronising.
We have been relishing the wonderful dishes at Noble Season Restaurant, (top floor Penang Plaza) for many years.
Our favourites are Chicken with salted fish in a claypot & Sweet & Sour Pork. Dim Sum is also worth trying. ??
The memorable service by a wonderful & efficient lady called Kai Ling is one of the reasons we keep returning. She is a valuable asset to this restaurant.
First time trying this place (and probably about 25 years since I last stepped into Penang Plaza) – we decided to have dim sum lunch at this restaurant after a few days of western food in Penang.
Food was nice, and portions are big and decently priced too. The dim sum menu was adequate though would have been better if there was more variety.
It’s open air car park and there are limited lots available.
Overall it was a good place for our lunch.
