a year agoThe service is slow and the chicken burger that I order is raw. They just take away the half burger and go make a new one. I been wait for another 20 minutes and didn’t receive any apologize. I been wait for the burger for 25 minutes and what I received is raw meat and the worst no one say sorry to me. US PIZZA please make improvement about this, make replacement is necessary, but you still own us your customer a apologize, i didn’t need money refund . Service – 0/10, Food – 0/10, the pizza we ordered was burnt at the bottom and never bothered to apologise we didn’t even reject or cancel..we ate it bcs we paid for it. The staff is not patient at all in taking orders when there were no customers at all in the shop what was the rush for? Staffs really need to learn to “communicate” COMMUNICATE!!! NOT TALK AS IF THEY ARE PAYING FOR US. we were very kind enough to not say a single word to them because it was obvious that they are not well trained so there was no point if we were to give them a feedback face to face. The manager or whoever is responsible for this shop please work on things that are needed to sustain your business US PIZZA outlets at other places especially the ones in Penang Island have set the benchmark higher for this brand so work on it! Pizzas maybe not the locals’ everyday go to food but even it’s an once a while or occasional food we go, try to serve at your best to give us a good memory or make us to come back soon. This is just one of the challenges in the business so work on it. You have your competitors around you! That one star is for the aircond in the shop.a year agoBolognese spaghetti tastes like asam pedas. Ordered 8pcs of chicken but only 6pcs were served. We were seated for more than a hour waiting for our food yet we weren’t served any drinks. The best we were the only ones in the restaurant. Such POOR SERVICE and weren’t taking accountability.a year agoPizza was okey, tea was nice less sugar, no commentsbon the lasagna, but we had a disasterous mushroom soup, i think it is the lower part from the pan it tastes like mixed with salted fish, later we ask the staff why is it taste like that, she said if want they can change it but need to wait 20 minutes. After about 20 minutes plus we received the replacement which is very tasty but only one soup is replaced she didnt even have a courtesy to ask if the other needs to be replaced.My question why need to serve the disasterous mushroom soup in the first place!? We pay for it not complimentary and its not cheap..!

a year agoThe cheese pizza was stuck on top of the box and it became unappetising and I ordered for a carbonara spaghetti and two chicken bolognise spaghetti but I received all chicken bolognise spaghetti only.a month agoPizza quality not very good compared other branch. Even pizza topping put like very stingy. Sup also delivery give half only. Need to improvea week agoVery bad service I wait half an hours the food haven’t done …..4 months agoService attitude is very poor, I hope you do not patronize waiting for half an hour a waiter do not care9 months agoI am planned to dine in (dinner) there, not sure whether because of Ramadan or not, I stand there for some time but still no staff want to take order. Only 3 staff working in kitchen. Suggest to close your shop and run your business for online platform enough ady.

I really like the atmosphere,the food is amazing, and also cheaper for the quality, I really recommend to come here for family dinner, or even to have some me-time. Really look forward to come here again

Knew about this place from my daughter. She went to this cafe during her school holiday program and she said the pizza here is nice. So we went to try it out. Newly open about 2 months. Food and service were good. Keep up the good work and hope to sustain and succesful. Two suggestions I could think of, food pictures on the menu and baby chair. Thank you!!
The ambiance is very welcoming & chill. Food is pretty good, some Italian (pizza) & tiramisu ?. Reasonable price ! Worth it.
