Proposed menu is awesome.2 years agoFast taken orders, considered take away products timing is complied, unfortunately saw only 2 crews cum cashier at the dining area, shall add more restaurant crews since dine in was available recently.a year agoReminiscing the time when i grew up with pizza hut when i was a kid, it was any outlet that we dine back then will be pack with people dining in, upon entering you will be greeted by the most seniors staff showing you to your table with a warm smiles, outlets used to have that vibe, that pizza hut vibe, the nice cozy lighting experience, the cutlery arrangements on the tables, eact time you arrived on your table, it was always ready with the arrangements of plates, a bowls, knifes and forks, napkins besides each plates, ketchup and chili bottle in the middle of the table, and each tabbleware has its own small pizza hut logo embedded to it.The signature wall of red clay brick finish texture, nice downlight on each tables, each table back then has its own unique personal embiance bubble to it so to speak, Waiters servings all around, the smell of pizza succumb the air, the salad bar is the star of the place free to serve, and the hot mushroom stove always served beside the salad bar, i love it when its time to pick your own vegetables and dressings always gives children the curiosity of creativity of mix and match how ever you can as long as the bowl can carry it, and how the pizza being carry to your tabble sizzling with smokey cheese served in front of you, and usually they cut the pizza on your table when after they serve, it’s not often you saw the rolling cutter being performing in front of you everyday, Its the equivalent of salt bae famous sprinkling act when he serve its customer, backthen every outlets serves a marvel’s the amazing spider man comic book, and for some reason its always the same issued, pizza hut used to create this vibe energy of excitement of dine in experience, the authentic scent of a pizza, the embiance, the staff was always nicely neat shirt fitted, well spoken with friendly tone, genuine smiles as if they proud to selected to serve in a good vibe environment full of exciting positivity experience. My fav part you can request your own cheese sprinkler on your table and have a go with it onto your pizza as your heart desires.
Yesterday, i bring my 11year old kid to the same outlet. From outside the lighting is white embiance, splat on the ceiling with no downlight, i can see the place is empty, not even the ketchup bottle being serve on it. Upon entering i can see a shaby looking person scurry towards without saying anything or smiling, walk past me and goes around before what looks like the paying counter and suddenly asking me if im ordering, literally no greeting whats so ever, told her i was having here with my son she then proceed giving us the menu and we’re left to find our own seat. I pick the only salad on the menu, a chicken salad, sadly the waiter says its not available, We pick 2 personal size pizza, a bowl of mushroom soup, drummets, and 2 drinks call the waiters even tho the place is empty, without repeating the order she just left, after awhile the drinks comes first, then the soup, the the stacks of plates, on top of it is our napkins and cutlery sets, I’ve to arrange myself, then the pizza came, it was served on a white plate, theres no salad bar in my sights, the place is quiet, while our stay a family enters the premises, before even saying what their intention they were greeted by that the family has to wait 1 hour before the outlet can take any new orders because of their online demand. The family then proceed to exits. We finish our meal, paid and exit the premise.
The degrading process took years, its like one by one, one of its quality is taken away each years, and now we’re left with barely even an outlet to serve, it practically a kitchen serving online orders, with no regards to the people that came to dine in. Its a shame, what was once a nice place to have a good dine in experience for your family turns to a mere kanteen vibe with hard cold serves by the greeting waiters. Someone on the corporate ladder up there only concern with the design on the menu, because it does not reflect the outlet embiance, its a shame really.
11 months agoRespect less staffs… And also they are closing at 9pm for dine in… They are not eligible for serve customer unqualified staffs5 years agoTerrible service. The restaurant is hot. Order for set lunch, then bring us drink and soup. After 30 minutes, then come for the pizza and appetiser. At a same time, order 4pcs deli wing, nvr pick order. Yet, that time is only 4 table of customer only.

5 months agoThe restaurant looks nice and the food looks good on the picture of the booklet. You have to scan QRCode that is sticked on the table to order. However, the menu yet to have picture. We ordered for 3 persons. When the food is served on our table, it looks fantastic garnishing, but regrettably the taste is totally not for us! The fish & chip probably they accidentally poured too much salt and pepper. It is too salty. The outside coated flour looks crispy but inside is oily and overcooked. It is served together with salad, mesh potato and mayo sauce. I think would be better if at least has 1 slice of lemon to blend the taste. The grilled chicken’s sauce is over-peppered. The seafood fried rice is not that bad, still edible. Anyway, hopefully their cooking could be improved.4 months agoThis cafe is doing things right – nice decor, comfortable restaurant setting, fast service, beautiful plating butttt the food could be improved. The chicken grill was a bit too dry & lacked juiciness (probably because it was too thin and easily overcooked). The mash potato had that unpleasant bottled water taste (probably better to swap with french fries if you can’t make it taste good). The fish & chips did not have chips (because… mash potato…) but the fish itself was good. The black pepper sauce was commendable.There’s a reason why Rawang lacks cafes and hip restaurants – the crowd doesn’t seem to fancy it and it usually dies down after a year or two. Wish you guys all the best for this new restaurant and probably more promotions so more people could learn about it?
2 months agoThe best place for chicken chop and other Western-inspired dishes in Rawang. I just wish they’re a bit more consistent with their opening hours because their premise is sometimes closed even on the days when they’re supposed to be open. But the food is always 10/10.7 months agoOrder by scan QR code , but they provide booklet menu to see before make the order. From the online order, you cannot do remarks on each order if you’ve special request.Foods & drinks are in good portion and delicious.
Price affordable.
8 months agoFood quality is below average. Fish and chips was overcooked and the mashed potato were nothing to shout about. There’s a big room of improvement to be had. Currently, not recommended.

This is my third time visiting Vivo Pizza. The food remains delightful. The environment is both pleasant and comfortable, and it’s classy. Other than that, the staff is also friendly and responds very quickly when we order something. Thank you, Vivo Pizza!
