a week agoHad early dinner around 530pm on a weekday. The ambience and setting of this outlet is really nice and spacious. The booth seatings in the middle of the restaurant are very cozy and the way it’s designed, it still gives you privacy between tables.Food is good, consistent across the various outlets I’ve been too. Mamma Mia is really a place you can keep coming back to again and again with friends and family to try different menu items and be assured the taste and quality will not disappoint every time.
They launched a new set menu! Limited options but a pretty good start. Extra compliments for the lemon parsley risotto I had today. Butter had a hazelnut flavour and the rice was creamy and refreshing at the same time. Very well prepared by the Chef.
a month agoWent during lunch hour with the family. The place itself was quite big and we didnt have to wait for us to get a table. Food portion wise was just right per person. It was delicious. I really loved the truffle mushroom risotto. Overall, had a good experience dining there. 🙂a month agoFirst time trying and was surprised by the richness and creaminess of the pastas and mushroom soup. Very flavourful. Place is kids friendly with kids meal option too. Waiter provided kids utensil without us requesting. Nice gesture of providing chocolate Teddy bear biscuit snacks for the kids while waiting for our order.4 months agoOrder their apple, fig salad and risotto. You won’t regret it! Rice is flavourful and well-cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. The roasted chicken leg was very salty for my liking though. Salad portion is enough for one and fruits are fresh. Drink portions could be bigger- 5 sips and your drink is over. ? Fries are fresh and well-portioned for 2 pax sharing. Service is warm and attentive. Love the bright and pretty restaurant with neon lights wall deco.3 months agoWent during dinner time and the restaurant was full, however the service were quick and efficient. The food came consistently one after another which was great! Food presentation and taste was amazing, kid also requested for second plate of her spaghetti. Love the small booth as there’s privacy for group gatherings. Will defo come back again.

2 months agoFree flow & self service of drinks (hot & cold) – very reasonably priced food. Quality was ok, quantity on the smaller size for some dishes if you are a big eater. Great service, helpful with ordering and clarifying some items. Crowded during peak hours.3 months agoQueue can take a while during the peak period. Service is fast upon ordering. The food portion was good, taste wise still okay.5 months agoIt’s been a while since I last visited. The appetizer with cheese is not very good. Salad is fine. The pasta and pizza are great. One thing is weird, the server takes the forks and spoons away while she deliver the added pizza.5 months agoNot sure if the escargot recipe was changed in every branches, but the taste is bad now. It has lots of carrots and onions in it and the escargot tastes very fishy. This used to be my daughter’s favourite dish, but she hates the new taste now.9 months agoArrived on a weekend before 7pm and was able to get seats for without waiting. The pasta standards is about the same as other Saizeriya branches. Pizza is crispy and taste good too.

The food was quite nice, but I ordered something out of my spice range ? Overall, the service is also good, I asked a few questions and the staff managed to answer them without hesitation 🙂

I reached Pasta Mania Jem about 12:30pm. I tried to scan the table bar code to order but no matter how many times I use Apple Pay it dun work. I went to the counter to order but no one is at the counter. The guy server in spectacles just keep telling me to wait while he keep serving food, packing food for Food Panda delivery etc and back to serving food to tables. Just cannot be bother to take my order.
Honestly, I would have left the restaurant if it’s not for my kid. I rang the counter bell and just got shouted to wait. There seems to be only 2 server. A lady and this rude guy. The lady was busy in front of the kitchen the whole time. Very disappointing service. Hated this place and really dun wan to come back if possible.
They have a online only PizzaMania apparently. This review is for the pizza.

This pasta restaurant seems worth a try, but there are some areas that need improvement. The taste of the pasta is quite good, but the service could be enhanced to improve the overall customer experience. Service friendly and helpful..
