This is my second time doing the PICO laser treatment at Bright Clinic Sunway Geo, and once again, I had a truly wonderful experience!
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed. They guided me to the waiting area and served me a warm cup of tea 😍. Throughout the visit, they always checked in to make sure I was comfortable or if I needed anything. I felt genuinely cared for from the moment I stepped in until I left.
Dr. Zhen and Dr. Wanling were both amazing. They explained the root causes of my skin concerns, like pigmentation and dark spots, in a way that was easy to understand. During the treatment, they were very gentle and detailed, especially when focusing on the problem areas.
Special thanks to Weishani, Joanre, and Chu, they were incredibly kind and attentive. Their friendly and caring attitude made the whole experience even better.
After my first PICO session, I could already see visible improvements, my skin looked smoother, brighter, and more even-toned. The dark spots and pigmentation were noticeably lighter, which made me really happy with the results.

I’ve had countless fantastic experiences at Dr. A’s Clinic over the years. I’ve been bringing my daughter here since before the MCO for her severe eczema. Before discovering this clinic, we had visited multiple clinics and tried various medications and creams, but nothing worked. Her condition only worsened to the point where her fingers, elbows, and legs were constantly bleeding.
Thankfully, we eventually found Dr. A’s Clinic, and everything changed. From our very first visit, the doctor immediately understood the severity of the situation and took swift, effective action. She prescribed medications, creams, and treatments that, honestly, I didn’t expect to work but I was completely wrong. Within just a few months, my daughter’s eczema had cleared up so much that it was practically nonexistent. Her scars also healed incredibly fast.
I also can’t say enough about the nurses here. They were consistently kind, gentle, and patient, always comforting my daughter during her treatments. I don’t think I’ve ever met a more compassionate team.
After resolving her eczema, we continued visiting the clinic for facials and other treatments, and they’ve never once disappointed. Every session leaves us glowing and completely satisfied. Just recently, I had a treatment (I forgot the exact name) to reduce wrinkles and rejuvenate my skin, and the results were unbelievable. I received so many compliments from friends and family telling me how radiant I looked, and my wrinkles are now barely noticeable.
Beyond treatments, I also swear by their skincare range. I’ve been using it for years, and it’s perfect for sensitive skin, especially their face masks, which are a must-have.
What I love most is how genuine the team is. They only recommend treatments you actually need, and they always make you feel taken care of.
All in all, this clinic has truly been a blessing for my entire family. Even our extended family and friends now come here. I can’t recommend them enough.
