a week agoout of 30, only 2 works but the other one the pin ball fall on its own. cost is rm6.50 per person. it’s fine if you want to come here, but you meed to expect this condition bcs the worker won’t do anything about it. only if you want to have fun and not actually practice here.11 months agolane and equipment dh usang, the pins collector does not work properly at all.3 years agoWith this kind of low quality lane and ball, RM6.50 for a game is totally not worth it. Not to mentioned multiple time the ball get stuck. Then there was a time where the system glitch and caused we lost one throw. If you are expecting a lousy bowling experience, please come here. This is definitely the best place for you.a year agoUnfriendly service. Caters to local Kelantanese and completely ignore us because we’re merely “orang luar” as if we’re aliens from planet Marikh. Only allow those who ’kecek’ to put their names in the queue list. That’s the least of the problem unfortunately. The lanes are not maintained at all–they are not properly oiled. Consequently, the bowling balls are so dry they can absorb the whole town when the monsoon flood hits Out of 20 lanes, only 7 are in operation. 4 months agoReally bad system management..After 2 hours waiting,the number of waiting list still the same..not even changing any number..had to ask a few times to staff but received very bad response..this is the WORST bowling centre ever..Ore lain wak tpt main bowling,kito nk wak jgk..tapi hampehhhh..baik tutup la…@mydinmalltunjung #incompetentstaff!!!6 months agoThe staff super sombong & berlagak. Everytime we came the front desk staff always act like they own the place. They need customer service training or any related training. They seems know nothing in handling customer issues. One of the staff laugh at me when the other staff told that I only can play after Maghrib (it was 2pm at that time). I wonder what was so funny for him ? Rude.Thank you.

Played on lanes 4 & 5. But unfortunately the lanes were very dry. Bad news for hook bowlers. I played with my own reactive ball & it gets very dirty after a few throws. Be prepared to use plastic balls if you want to enjoy playing here. Otherwise, other then the dry lane, it was ok.
Slow service & no communication with proshop. Wasted my time going there with false information. Proshop have no mobile number to contact.
The land that we got is worse. Telling the staff but she make annoying face like we broke it.
The lane very worse n the staff dont have solution and we’re waiting like idiot ?
The worst place ever the staff doesn’t say sorry at all.
