Lane 3 got a technical problem, wait for several minute until they move us to another lane.2 months agothe speaker very noisy. especially if the speaker is at ur lane. dark. house ball very dirty.a month agoThe house ball is quite worn out. During my visit, a lot of lane is under maintenance. The place is quite old, hope the management can decorate the place better to make the environment brighter. However, the overall experience is okay. The price is standard at RM8 per game (shoe rental: RM3).4 months agoSaya sngat suggest bagi siapa2 yg nak buat bowling tournament kat sini. Staff dia mng sngat2 membantu even you as a organizer… 0 knowledge about bowling.. The staff will explain to you from A-Z.. plus they also will give you some suggestion to make it your tournament manageable and successful !. their management superrrrbbb…a year agoOne of the most problematic bowling alley in penang but when you don’t have much choices, you make the best out of it? suitable to just hang out with friends and let out some stress. Please don’t organize any important tournaments here.

2 weeks agoPlace is good,lane is nice but the female staff is so lazy and rude. Not even looking at your face while talking. Other staffs is very friendly and good. Please fix your staff attitude first. Lane have lot empty but she said fully booked but we waited there so long not occupied yet. Should let us play for 2-3 games.Wasting my time only.12 months agoNice place to have indoor sport to release tension, enjoy family period, friend gathering and couple dating time. The facilities and environment still keep well and clean. Staff was kind too. Recommended place for everyone.11 months agoNicely maintained lanes. Even the shoes and balls are well maintained. Food served is still good. Staff is friendly as well. Only thing that needs to be looked into is the toilet and parking. Parking is seriously expensive. Rm2.50 per hour. Bowling + lunch = rm7.503 weeks agoA second home for many bowlers. One of the best bowling alley in Penang.4 months agoBest place for conducting bowling competition. There’s a cafe at ground floor and spacious parking. Need some work to repair the parking lot. The price per game is affordable but the parking price is a bit expensive. Try parking elsewhere or use grab to come here to save more money.

The proshop owner, Victor doesn’t know how to communicate with customers…so disrespectful and rude… We did a purchase before and didn’t realise there is balance that we should settle…When we visited the shop they acted out violently
Environment all very good . But The front desk person very rude, seems like a very racist Today date 6/9/2023, around 3pm tq.
The environmental very clean, and enjoyed playing bowling at there. But the frontdesk( cashier) person very rude to us. seems like too racist
This bowling centre is located at the highest floor of the shopping mall and it was slightly creepy on my way walking to the bowling centre as it was far off from the busy area of the shopping mall.
The cashier was a bit arrogant and talked like a boss to us when we wanted to buy the games.
The machines of our lanes was jammed at least 5 times during our games. Gratefully, their workers were helpful and quickly came to fix the machine.
