(not for everyone) so many time go here and book 2 games and end up their staff said not have enough time because closing? and only get 1 game only? stupid. a year agoThey should have placed some kind of notice to let people know that they don’t welcome non league player at night. Really not friendly. We came from far just to be disappointed.No elevators provided. You are expected to drag your bowling bag along the escalator. Really not safe.
4 months agoif you are a customer who values customer service and wanna have fun, dont come here, staffs are unfriendly too11 months agoOverall it’s really bad. First of all, the staff is not only unfriendly, they also receive extra money for us (8 students but the receipt is 8 adults) and don’t recognize it. The machines in the venue are also in a state of constant problems.?10 months agoHaving an event here. Just nice, although a lot can be improve.

These problems contribute to a subpar bowling experience, diminishing the overall enjoyment for customers.Secondly, customer service at Angsana Bowling Alley has been consistently substandard. Reports of unresponsive staff, long wait times for assistance, and a lack of professionalism have created a negative impression. The lack of a customer-centric approach has resulted in dissatisfaction among visitors, impacting the establishment’s reputation.
Moreover, the pricing structure at Angsana Bowling Alley has been deemed unreasonable by many. High fees for lane rentals, shoe rentals, and additional services have deterred budget-conscious customers. 3 months agoNice internal design. Just the Aircon no cold enough.a week agoGood if u got extra money u want to throw away. Beggar super bad house shoes, house ball is similar to rotten durian, lane no oil, u can basically walk halfway of the lane , uneven lane, aircon like sauna.horrendous.. should consider give ur money to auntie selling tissue.a year agoA well known bowling alley especially to those native to Johor Bahru. Located above Badan bookstore, easily accessible from level 4 parking space. Connected to The Dome karaoke box.Also available are snooker tables and a mini cafe to satiate your hunger and thirst during games. Very affordable price.
The house bowling balls is quite used, if you’re concerned. It will be better if the house balls are replaced

Great place for bowling activity. I think its an international standard lanes unlike those that are with shorter runaway and loud floor.
Went here many times with family, as always we had a great time played here.

What can i say about Daimon Bowl……………..Top-Notch. Held a company event there and everyone very happy with it. The place is clean and maintain in top-notch condition. Highly recommended to all who want to try or play.
