Cashiers still recognize and chat with shoppers. And d helpful to seniors of all races too. Malaysian hospitality! Park at roadside and shop possible for up to four cars – if you dare.Digitalisation? Their mobile app let you scan a QR code, save your loyalty points, and automatically print your lucky draw coupons. Yes. Just drop into box and wait for the good news.
2 years agoI want to complain about the Heng’s Muffin Chocolate Chip,few weeks ago i bought Heng’s Muffin Chocolate Chips from Teban Gardens Sheng Siong,it was taste good, but the quality now is getting bad,the chocolate inside is getting less and too dry , disappointed on the product quality .2 years agoThe store re-arranged the layout of the various items. A pleasant refreshing change. The staff are very helpful to enable shoppers to orientate themselves to the new layout. Kudos to them.2 years agoGood supermarket located at a very convenient place n building, multi storey carpark (HDB) Sunday FREE so, park here n walk around here right up to People’s Park Cplx Chinatown point Whole of Chinatown, plenty of local food especially China food / big food court kopishops n across the road plenty good looking pre-war houses turn into restaurants .. oh ya, wheelchairs friendly too .. u can travel all the way back to Sheng Siong by yourself to buy ur groceries.. 2 floors lift available n on 2nd u can wheel back to car at the carpark .. n here i bought fresh live shells n HEINEKEN ?.?.

4 months agoWell done, Fairprice! With the revamp, we now have a Fairprice “cold storage” right here in ulu ulu Teban – and a 24-hour store, too.Brighter, more spacious, and with a quantum leap in frozen foodstuffs, it is no wonder they saw throngs of eager shoppers for the last three days. Perhaps the half-hearted one-for-one offers were the lure. Or just curiosity?
Cosmetics aside, there is an observation; racks of common everyday items such as drinks, insecticides, canned foods, and even a row of chillers were placed outside the air-conditioned store
This would mean shoppers will have to backtrack in and out of the store for these items as the cashier points (just two) are inside.
Pilfering? They have CCTV cameras as a deterrent.
So, in a nutshell, they added frozen goods inside and pushed out the “old stuff.”
4 months agoReview September 2023 NTUC Smart Choice bread ? is an essential daily item for the only outlet around the area which caters to the nearby dormitories of foreign workers on the off days . These ? bread gets all sold out & unavailable for the local residents. Despite informing Fairprice the situation still offern persist . This outlet is small yet it’s space is used with non fast selling items laid everywhere.Review: 1st June 2023 All its employees are polite and helpful. I’ve been visiting other supermarkets too but never seen any compared to Mdm Poh Siew Lan who will go through all the proper processes when as a cashier by reminding ? of your discount cards ? & special offers . Obviously thanking every customer ? too. Its Amazing ? ? ? ❤
Review 7 June 2022 : Frozen fillet fish stacked up with tagged stating SPECIAL @$4.95 YET charged at $7.45 . Will wait for their excuses as usual. As though its customers are always at fault.

Review April 2022 Renovation begins on the 15th April. Hopefully with much improvement . Simple wrapped Food items to be stored inside away from Rodents. Freezers to be on the out side . Price tags to be bigger and clearer for the aged seniors. . A Payment counter may be set outside too to avoid crowding inside .

Most importantly, the long service staffs here are very friendly, always reminding customers at the check out counter like: member cards, senior citizens discount matter, special promotions items etc

Large supermarket with fresh produces to electrical stuff such as fans etc. Live fishes available with shell sea food such as venus clams, lobsters, crabs. In the morning, butcher will be around to cut up freshly delivered pork. Attached side is a air conditioned food court with outdoor seats available. Place is wheelchair accessible with public toilets. No WiFi coverage. Building itself is rather old, indoor condition looked good.
Really a super market. You can get live sea foods also. Variety of fruits. Very near to the main road,parking is also available.
Great as my weekly purchase supermarket. The food is fresh and good to consume on the same day. Prawns was a great deal alway gave good discount.
Visited on nov 17. 10.30pm. Had a transaction issue and called lui xia over the phone at 11pm. She was a big help.
Shifted here few yrs ago..on/ off i wil go to nearest ss supermarket..one particular staff(MIRANA Jaman) caught my attention..her attitude was always positive without choosing her customer or discrimination, she wil assist customers regardless how bz she was..while queuing to pay..i noticed she’s full of positive vibes..sure she took pride in whatever she doing..Is a joy to hv ppl like her in the service industry…Congratulations Sheng Siong!!
