  I rarely give a negative review to any store because I know doing business is not easy. But for this store, if I could give a negative star, I wouldn’t give it a single star?!

  I have been always bought 14kg bottle of gas from this store before, the price was RM26. Until last month when I went to buy gas, the boss told me it cost RM56. I asked him why and he said it was the concentrated version which there is more gas inside. At that time, another employee also came out, saying that the price of gas in Malaysia is set by the government that no one can change. I foolishly believed it, but the gas only lasted a month. I just checked online and gas prices have not changed. The gas I bought is just the regular version. The so-called concentrated version does not exist at all. I realize I may have been scammed.

  I went to this shop today and the employee told me that they don’t have RM56 per bottle of gas in their system, but RM26!

  The boss was not there at the time. I’ve been waiting for him for a long time, but he didn’t show up!

  I will be back, but not as a customer, until I find this “honest” owner!

  I don’t really care about the RM30, and I believe the owner won’t give me a refund. But it feels like you’re enjoying a delicious steak while you find a half-eaten fly.

  This store must take responsibility for its scamming action?.

  Ive been waiting up to more than 1 hour for my cooking gas. Im already paid at the counter rm22.8 plus rm5 (delivery charge) for 14kg cooking gas..Charging for delivery, but bad service

  Price is little bit high, fresh vegetables are good, grosaries available but less varieties, other daily necessities goods are available.

  First and last going to jaya grocer here. There’s this Chinese Old Lady from Customer Service named Maureen very rude and unknowledgeable abt company policy regarding refund but still argue with cust. How could u be cust service if u know nothing abt handling cust so dont argue with cust if u dont know exactly abt your company policy. Never ever be arrogant and show off to customers. She didn’t even apologize to customer. Management, pls take action and teach your staff to be full of manners towards customer bcs its not only your supermarket is available, theres more supermarket out there with good service. here i attached the rude staff.

  i like the variety of products there, affordable even tho some stuff are expensive it’s always worth it to go there. they have french items that makes me not miss France so i am glad jaya grocer exists and i am even more glad since they sell lucky charms even tho it’s expensive i love lucky charms i’m forever thankful they sell lucky charms. thank you for the lucky charms that’s the reason i keep going there and also the tomato price, very good

  I love this grocery store! It’s so easy to find what I need because they arrange all the items in a neat and logical way. The store is always clean and bright, which makes shopping a pleasant experience. They have some items that other groceries don’t have, especially items of foreign brand. I can find some exotic snacks and sauces that I can’t get anywhere else. They also have a few self checkout kiosks, which are super convenient and fast. And the best part is, they offer online shopping and delivery service. I can order everything I need from their website and get it delivered to my doorstep. How awesome is that? This is definitely my go-to grocery store. Highly recommended! ???

  Jaya grocer has been my go – to grocery store for 4 yrs. Fresh vegetables and frozen food, variety of staples to choose from and friendly staff, Jaya grocer never disappoints.
