2 weeks agoThey did not remove most of the fish scales. Have to do it myself. Messy and have to clean up. They should improve their service.in the last weekWas at Sheng Siong outlet at 17 Jan around 5pm, the cashier wearing spec and was nearer to the right side (detergent area) was very rude! Ask me to go and weight the item that I want to purchase as if I am her helper? Can’t she go and weight? Very rude staff. ?The meat department staff, very unfriendly and unhelpful! I was asking him( a middle age guy wearing black mask) a question at the shelf there and he takes more than 10mins to reply to me, he don’t even reply use his hand to point! What a bad staff you have sheng siong. Such a yucky attitude. ? Bad experience. 17 Jan around 5pm plus.

Bad inventory controls, avoid this store!4 years agoMost of the cashiers are pretty friendly, they will recommend you what are the items on discount or certain items you will be able to buy 1 get 1 free promotions. Their staffs are well taken care of thus very strong family orientated environment are present. New products are also highlighted to customers giving more choices to choose from.4 months agoI am a regular at this Sheng Siong branch. Noted over time, there is about 2 very rude checkout chinese cashiers at this outlet. Normally, the cashiers in Sheng Siong are helpful. This afternoon, I used the far right end cashier for checkout. I informed the cashier that I would like to pay $10 of the bill via CDC vouchers and the rest in cash. When the items were totalled up and $10 CDC voucher redeemed, I asked the cashier how much balance I should pay in cash. At first she ignored me and on my second prompt, she rudely told me I could read it from the machine myself. When I asked her why she was being rude and unhelpful, she launched into an argument. Can Sheng Siong please educate and train your staff well in customer service. This is uncalled for. I asked a legitimate question and was treated badly. There are many seniors like me who do not need to be subjected to such rude staff. Please discipline this staff.

2 months agoWent to buy cod fish and it cost about $125.25 however after cutting it is $125 and the fish monger trying to make the weight to its original by adding some bone into the weight scale.Firstly, the cost was $125.25 and isnt it will be remain the same. As the fish has no scales and it make one suspicious.
2 months agoStop arranging the stuffs when customer are looking at the items. Darm irritating staffs. I visited the shop ystd around 4 to 5pm, ystd afternoon looking at coffee, the uncle was busy arranging the coffee session and don’t bother to excuse. Eh u can do it after we done right. He put a long ladder beside too .3 weeks agoCashier didnt even bother to say “Thank you”..Just wants to clear the queue.Suppose to get a free gift but didnt get although it was mention at the shelving.And I also didnt bother to ask as the queue was long.Anyways the aisles are too narrow and quite congested.8 months agoPrices are always cheaper than other supermarkets. One of the popular places for Bukit Batok Residences to buy groceries. It is located next to the wet market and therefore business is very good. Rewarding points are given for every purchase made.a year agoFresh fruits and a wide variety of items available at Prime Supermarket! Prices are competitive compared to other supermarkets nearby.

Weekends are busier but only one cashier counter on the outside. Thankfully the lady cleared pretty fast so waiting is good as older people can’t stand in line longer than expected with trollys. Two staffs will be better suggestion one inside one outside. What you think.
Not exactly a very big supermarket with many variety, but its good for a neighborhood supermarket
