a month agoThe old lady attitude very bad, don’t feel like she wana sell anything.. I am looking for sofa, but she simply introduce, ask more about the fabric, function, etc and she like a bit reluctant to answer… Then keep saying this suit you, take this la.. ? With this price, i can get same quality with better service.. Maybe it’s year end fair and they already meet target dy… ?a year agoThere’s a aunty served us a very bad attitude, her face showed like we owe her money, that’s fine I don’t care about service what I care is about the product and quality.I came here because I saw one of the dining table with very good design and reasonable price, I was going to buy it at the moment, but I cannot take it back because my new house haven’t complete, so I was thinking to made full payment and ask them keep it for me, who knows they told me even full payment made, if price increase in the future, I still have to pay the balance of price adjustment. This is really amazing, first time heard about it.
5 months agoVery bad service and attitude from a female staff. Tried texting them few times but no response to WhatsApp from the given contact number. When I called the same number no one picked up. The next day, I received a call from them. As I spoke in English they asked for my “RACE” repeatedly and the staff started to talk in “Hokkien” even though I said I am not a Chinese and I don’t understand the language. The way she communicated was rude and unfriendly to me as a customer. Wanted to buy a few furnitures from them but the overall experience was so disappointing.8 months agoGreat service by Anne and Sally great premium quality sofa with affordable price range. Love the choice of fabric too. A must to visit furniture hub in Penang.11 months agoBuy long time edi…thank you for still givibg me good price..quality really tip top and lucky got display to try , my wife direct keep quite and allow me to get this sofa..haha..thanks to Sally and Annie both recommend good things and let me save quite alot. Happy buying.

a year agoIt is one of the furniture shop you can visit when you moving house to get some new furniture.A lot of items available, including decorations items.
The shop is spacious and having 2 levels. It is a good walk after a good meal in Penang road area ? to burn some calories.
2 years agoi was hoping a warmer welcome but the when i walk in, weather outside is hotter and warmer than the people service inside. still a nice place to walk around with various house furniture.7 months agoBad and poor service. Purchase mattress and no immediate stock, the sales representative promised 10 days for delivery but end up waiting for 30 days. No feedback on the delay of delivery date until customer make noise.a year agoWe were attended by Mr Shan, a friendly, professional crew, very knowledgeable too. He patiently explained about their products, recommended accordingly, made our decision much easier. Please get Mr Shan to assist you for your furniture shopping. Much recommended.6 months agoGood selection of furniture. Their after sales service is top notch. Look for Shan, he’s one of the best sales personnel in MEKIO. The prices are similar to those on line shops there are free delivery if you purchase above a certain amount. Including installation as well!

I have a great experience receiving the chairs and table of my preference. The chairs are well assembled with my instructions and the did the job real well. Solid chairs btw. Ken was exceptionally helpful to give me further instructions on unpacking the furniture, very dedicated staff. He managed to send the items at the perfect timing for us to ship to another location, all just went smooth.
