3 years agoSadly disappointed with this shop as my parents wanted to change the paint colour they had initially bought with a different colour. Mind you, that the tin of paint bought has not even been opened or used yet, it was still brand new. I don’t see why this shop couldn’t accept to exchange the colour with a different colour. We were even willing to pay the difference in amount if the new paint colour was more expensive. However this shop did not want to accept yet I believe other shop owners would not have mind changing colour as long as the item was still unopened and unused and that their customers were willing to do business with them and did not cause any loses or damage to their business or stocks. We just wanted to change one item which is one tin of paint, we weren’t asking for a refund or any other troublesome request. I can find most of my hardware items here. The lady boss seems to be not so communicative, but variety and price is quite alright. It is also easier to park here than at the other hardware shops in Ara Damansara
Fair price and many items for fixing household maintenance. Parking is never a problem here.
