4 months agoIt is definitely the go to place to fuel up for people living nearby but…. Some pumps only have diesel some only petrol?? what up with that? And some don’t even have card readers why?? I went to a better petron station before and this one fell quite short a lot when you consider its size.2 years agoIt’s newly build petron station in bukit indah. Had a KFc but not yet open there, still work in progress. 4 months agoCame here every weekend for petrol. Quite crowded during weekends.Im really sick of people complaining about the service here. Please la people, come here top up petrol and leave la.. complain service no good laaa.. cashless system down laaa.. bangla not doing a good job laaa.. this laaa that laaa.. If u all dont like then top up at Singapore lor. Get petrol cheap some more wanna complain. Shame on you.
a month agoCashier service really not professional. Today at 11am girl cashier at bread side handle unprofessionally while im trying to scan pay by t&go but didn’t go through. Simply talk loud to her friend about my situation stuck at the counter. She don’t know to offer any other method or maybe no idea at all.. lastly i ask can pay by card. Then she say ok. Really under training staff.2 months agooften fill up petrol here during weekend, very convenient, good service, clean, safe a good stop before going into Singaporein the last weekOn a weekend afternoon, prompt service as most refuel bays are empty. A breeze in and out before checkpointsa year agoWent first few days upon Singapore opening the border with Malaysia. It was only few cars with no queue when I filled the petrol. This is the last petrol station before entering Singapore. Was expecting a lot of queue here but it wasn’t. Maybe it was early opening border period where people was not traveling yet.Staff attendant was friendly.

Would’ve scored 5? if the Family Mart and KFC operated 24-hours like it used to. Otherwise, a great location for a quick top-up on the way back to Singapore. Definitely much less hassle than at that usual Shell petrol kiosk. And IMHO, little else beats TECHRON for engine/valve cleanliness. Not too sure if it works well for GDI engines, too.
Faulty pump no 10 Ron 97. Didn’t automatically stop and overflow while filling. The spillage of the expensive Ron 97 was paid by me and the duty staff was not helpful. The incident happened on 29th June 2023 at about 2pm.
Already go this place at afternoon. The staff cashier very friendly and his name Syahdirra. She also taught me about caltex go and instruct also about to download and to use this apps. The instruction very clear. I’ll promote to my friends and mate to come this station. I’m very statisfied with that service and the friendly cashier also.
