5 months agoNever ever provided tissue papers , it’s so inconvenient when u critically need one,⁰ even if you ask the staff theyll brush you off rudely. Been living around this area for sometime I’ll try to avoid this station if I could.11 months agoHaving my favorite Costa coffee at Shell Rawang always. Service of staff to be improved. Most of the times the staff were friendly, helpful n kind, sometimes certain staff were unwilling to serve. I experienced once during CNY 2023, I purchased Costa coffee with proce RM12.50 and I requested the red packet which was compliment when you purchased RM12 or above. The Malay staff told me out of stock, I asked another n she said yes available, but mentioned only with certain products. I noticed Costa was included in t&c statement n showed them, she just passed me and showed unhappy face to me.a year agoA very lively petrol station where staff are always courteous and helpful. This has become our preferred spot to fuel up and get some Costa Coffee and Hot Chocolate on the go.8 months agoAlways come for this petrol station. From kundang until Bandar Country Home, this is the only Shell we can finda year agoJust for the staff over there . Especially the malay ladies … Love their job … Quick, efficient and courteous…

a month agoBad traffic is reasonable on a long weekend. However, one of the pumps was not working properly, and excessive petrol leaked out as the handle did not stop when it was full.The staff was not helpful at all, and they are rushing u off as soon as you’re done without assisting with the issue I had faced.
8 months agoStop for refuelling and for a quick snack before a long drive to Penangin the last weekDoes not accept e wallet4 years agoGood petrol pump Facilites tip top Toilet good in numbers and cleaned too Musolla, prayer room/ surau provided for user convenient Have starbuck here Can enjoy your drink if you need some rest after long journey Pump attendants need to be place around the filling station to help people while refilling their fuelSeparation of motorcycle pump and car cam be considered especially during peak hour

Like a rubber leaving on ride side of my car. Unexpected thing’s will happen if you are not check before leaving. Have bad experience washing car here… Hope owner will educate your staff…
4 stars for sufficient accomodation and space but lacking on the cleanliness of toilet.
Currently there is a car wash that can be as low as RM4 which only for car body.

Amazing place!!! Clean premis and friendly staff. Moreover, the new automated car wash really helps for vehicles such as hatchback, sedans, mpv and suv!
