Im all impressed.a year agoDoesn’t have Euro 5 B7 diesel. Only have the socalled Euro 5 which is previously Euro 2 with blended diesel. a month agoTheir system requires for you pay on excess first before pumping. Was assured that I will get the remaining back via bank refund automatically. I didn’t. There was this rude lady sitting at the counter who complained non-stop in Malay language (probably thinking I do not understand) about me using e-wallet because I was only paying RM3 for the water. This is once again, showing us one step behind. Shell, train your staff.

The old man staff was very rude. I parked may car to go to the washroom and he scold me loudly that i could not left my car unattended. I was alone at that time and how am I supposed to not left my car unattended? Bring in with me to the washroom? Such an unethical and rude old man! Old but no manners. Shame on you old man.
