2 months agoDomestic. Everything is fast, include disembark from plane, going in, and unloading the baggage without a long wait. Quiet and less crowd at night after 11pm.10 months agoGreat little airport that is mainly used for domestic departures. Inside all of the facilities are very clean and they actually have quite the selection of food and other random shops, which left me shocked because of the small size of the airport.Overall great airport and only about 45 mins from KL city center! I took a Grab and it cost me 50 MYR…. not bad
2 months agoThe legendary old Subang Airport still serving a limited domestic destination flight.a month agoNice small airport with wide range food outlets. But toilets need cleaning up and more chairs at public area can be placed for passengers and public.4 months agoNo signs of aging for this place ! Lots of shops and well kept.

Its an airport of the low cost carrier kind. Quite basic if you compare with klia 1 or 2. But it works. You can park across the road and cross using a walkway bridge. Quite a bit of shops and eateries.
If you wanna get a cab or taxi just download the grab app and get a driver to send you wherever you wish to go.
Took Firefly flight here. The airport entrance use 1 same road for departure and arrival. Be aware of saman or tow car if you park along the road side. Both here and opposite got parking space, cashless option yes. Have some eateries and convenient shops here. Go to the 2nd floor viewing deck to see the aeroplane.
Airport that flies to Penang, Johor, Singapore. Short haul flight. Close to KL city and easily accessible. Good for people who travel frequently to domestic destinations and Singapore.
The airport is compact and easy to clear security to boarding gate within short time.

Subang Airport is conveniently located near town, and that’s all. Parking is expensive, the other side of the road, at over RM8 per hour. One always have to go to the roundabout a few kilometers away, to go in and after going out. Everytime one flies an airport tax is charged on the ticket, but facilities are not maintained. For example, the lift from the car park to the bridge over the road is not working for months, if not years. One has to carry the bags up and down. Unfortunately, we cannot swear here to the responsible jerks. Anyway, one star is too much.

Saxophone player. Excellent music. Contributes to relaxing atmosphere in the airport… or else the place is just dull and functional. Best attraction in the airport.
Not here all the time though. But so glad we’re here when he was playing. ???
