3 months agoI had a fantastic experience at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3. The airport is impeccably maintained, and I was thoroughly impressed. My only suggestion would be to include more recliner-type seats or seats with headrests for added comfort. Sleeping options for those with longer transit and connecting flights continues to be a challenge.Nevertheless, I found it easy to spend several hours here without ever feeling bored.
a week agoAround the world there are 6* hotels, restaurants etc that provide more of an experience than most, and this airport falls among those 6* places. It truly is another level and having frequented quite a few international airports, Changi is by far the best in terms of cleanliness, efficiency, things to do, restaurants, shopping and beauty. You’ll need a few hours upon departure or arrival to make the most of it.a month agoThis is THE BEST Airport I have ever visited. It’s super clean & there’s so many stores to check out while you wait for your flight. There are also information desks where you can get any updates about your flight which is super helpful. I personally love the atmosphere there and can’t wait to visit again!4 weeks agoEverything in T3 was great. Food, service. Staff at self check in counters were attentive and helpful. We got stuck as one of the member could not check in. Staff assisted and we got our boarding pass in the shortest time.On our trip back, not so good experience at the arrival pickup point. It was Christmas eve, expected high volume of arrival. We saw numerous vehicles flooding in but there was no traffic marshal in sight. Drivers just randomly swing into pick up passengers, it was chaotic. Two men were heard shouting at one another. Another, captured on camera, an errant driver was hogging the lane and would not drive off. He must be there for 10min or more, yet, no traffic control and he refused to budge.
CAG should do something to improve the situations, especially during peak-festive seasons.
2 months agoServeral changes made to the basement of terminal 3 playground and food area. The huge slide remains under maintenance. There are more established restaurants and small food stalls set up, which adds to the variety of options available.They range from Canton Paradise, Le Shrimp, Curry Times, Old Chang Kee, Matchaya, Jollibean (which in my humbled opinion should be replaced?), Koi tea, I-tea, Hokkaido cheese tarts, Saap Saap Thai, teh tarikh, Swensen’s, Four Fingers fried chicken, Kopitiam, Ya Kun, Tai Cheong express and even Fair price supermarket.
There is even a train for kids that travels up and down the entire level.
Also an easy connection to the mrt and a short walk over to terminal 2.

3 weeks agoChangi Airport deserves an enthusiastic 5-star rating! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its efficiency and cleanliness. The staff were courteous and helpful, making my travel experience seamless. The vast selection of shops and dining options catered to all tastes, ensuring I never had a dull moment during layovers. The airport’s state-of-the-art facilities, including comfortable lounges and charging stations, made waiting a pleasure. The transportation connections were excellent, allowing easy access to the city center. The interior smoking lounge was fantastic.? So were the cool automatic washroom doors & those nifty sleeping chairs found all over the airport. Most beautiful airport I have ever visited. Very pleasant place. . My favorite airport in the world. Free butterfly garden food courts are also available and there’s also organized tours of the Jewel and Singapore itself . There are cafes and restaurants around, as well as shops. There is also an abundance of transport options to and from here, and the environment is clean and well-maintained.?? Everything is so clean, and there’s plenty of lounges. There’s greenery incorporated into the airport and such a treat to see all the art. Great experience all around. The restaurant has a friendly space with delicious food, creating a feeling of home. The hotel here is clean and comfortable but quite expensive in comparison with others. Thanks!a week agoFor the first time coming here it’s really a nice place, very comfortable and clean but still I think it’s better for the airport staff to be on standby at the gate or crossing when we need to ask someone how to get somewhere in the airport, even there is information center and lots of signs but still less helpful due to location. At that time I found that many travelers were confused about how to get to gate F30, sometimes we are confused and really need to ask and talk to someone who can help you.The best thing is that it is so close to the food court, restaurants and various shops from fashion to souvenirs, because I was still full and the waiting time was only 2 hours, I just went on the Skytrain to see the Jewel Waterfall from inside the train. Even though it’s only for a short time, it’s entertaining enough to kill transit time at Changi Airport

4 months agoA very artistic airport, each corner speaks and show you something interesting, cannot miss to explore. Airport too is a must visit place just like exploring beautiful Singapore. Enjoy free movies, gardens, tourist spots, view of jewel in sky train and lot more.3 months agoBeautiful and user friendly design for passengers and their family friends. Lots of seating place near check-in counter. Even after you check-in you have good options to eat, shop or just relax at the nice and cosy environment. We had breakfast at Pret-by-Manger (little bit expensive) but worth the experience

Singapore is an amazing place to visit. I went on the “Singapore wheel ” which is taller than the London Eye and overlooked the F1 circuit. The merlion fountain, the ship that’s ” balanced ” on three skyscrapers, a sight to see, the gardens by the bay, another attraction. Raffles and the ” Singapore sling ” cocktail, all amazing.
Outstanding airport with unique features and lots of shops available.
It was also surprisingly quiet, I never felt the usual airport hustle… Great for a stop over.
The best airport definitely. It will take 50 years for any US airports to catch up with Changi. Unique attractions like greenery, orchids, attached mall, food joints, waterfall make it a wonderful place to visit (even if you don’t want to catch a flight). The immigration takes unbelievably 1 minute!!!!!! Baggage’s are already there when you arrive near the belt. The list goes on. Excellent place to hang out.
Amazing airport . Super easy emigration either way electronic passports . Make sure you fill in the form before entering in Singapore. Cute art and places to relax . Good restaurants and shops. People are useful. Internet ? everywhere for free . Good restrooms . Children areas .
A beautiful airport, as I am sure most are aware. If it’s your first time coming to Singapore then the view as you arrive is amazing, with all the ships in the marina and clean cut greenery. Plenty of toilets and shops within the airport. Clear signs, so super easy to get around.
