The building is a bit old. The prison cell is very big but usually dam crowded because many criminals in Klang. The officers usually very polite. Overall good place to visit.
Incredibly gentle folks when they handcuffed me and led me to their police vehicle. Car was clean and comfortable. The cell was pristine and roomy but a bit too bare. Food was basic, just plain rice with kangkung and few touches of ikan bilis.. Could do better with a selection of vegetables and meat.
Officers are not really friendly. Asked questions about mco interstate forms, to respect the officers i tried to convey in bahasa, however was not treated with the same respect as i can feel that they felt annoyed and want to brush me off as fast as they can.
I went all the way there to apply for cross state permission as the service was not available in other smaller police stations in Klang. At 1.40pm they verbally told to come back at 3pm as the rest time was 1pm til 3pm. It was a Tuesday. Many people were waiting there under the hot weather. It was truly inconvenient esp for working people. The long break time was a little unreasonable and service needs to be improved if we want to be a first-class nation.
Went at 11pm,service was fast as all the counters were functional,extremely cooperative officers(Mr Ekram n Miss Ain) took down my report. The rest is history. Tq
