  3. Staff not friendly, smoking in front of customers.
    The PC to take a report is too old and slow. Please change it.
    And the worst is, I have to type the report myself.

  5. Took my mother here to file a police report. Staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly giving advice on what to do next. So happy that this station is near our home.

    Went there to file a report. The wait was slightly long, but that was because there was people ahead of me that required to provide more information. When it was my turn, the filing went very smoothly and the officer was very patient and helpful. Parking wasn’t an issue because it was late evening time.

    I had a great time here, not in the lockup but to file a police report. All of the officers are very nice people, special thanks to officer Syazana and officer Noraini for helping us with our report and giving us tips on what to do next. Also, thank you to the abang officer (whose name we didn’t get) that we met when we drove into the station, for being so kind and helpful to us.
