  The Hong Kah North Neighborhood Police Post is only open from timing, 12PM-10PM including Public Holidays. Officer is friendly and also helpful. For 24hrs Police Post, please head to Bukit Batok Neighbourhood Police Centre, beside Bukit Batok East Community Centre. Bukit Batok Neighbourhood Police Post at Bukit Batok Central is currently ongoing renovation until 1st quarter of 2019.

  worst experience ever, rude officer with an attitude tone, interrupted me half way my sentence, just ask for my particular then just “bye” and hang up.

  Doesn’t even know that it’s illegal to smoke at the playground. Not helpful to residents at all

  They’re located at Block 1, right behind the Esso petrol kiosk from the main road. If you’re walking, they’re near Beauty World MRT exit C, and you climb up the flight of stairs from the petrol kiosk.

  Service is relatively quick, I came here to have the address on my NRIC changed. That said, these days you can also do some of these services online. Don’t expect a fancy office, but more so a plain simple office.

  The officer on duty today at 230pm was helpful, polite and efficient. No wait time as my mother’s change of add was processed smoothly in 5 mins. Thank you.

  Terrible service! Came down for a simple change of address, officer made me wait for 15min and then said he can’t attend to my request for another 30min. Extremely unprofessional
