4 weeks agoLast month I have visited Dr Muthu for my pigmentation dark spot problem, after introduced from my friend saying he is very good in solving Pigmentation problems, After getting the one month treatment from him I was very surprised to see marked visible changes in my skin. His treatment has really done wonders on my skin. He is one of the most experienced and highly skilled dermatologist I would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Dr4 years agoHad an eleven minute consultation (skin condition determined just by looking at the previous photos I had taken and then telling me instructions of the tablet usage) with the junior Sockalingham (Mutu) and then waited for half an hour to make payment.After 30 minutes of constant wait, I walked to the counter to ask when can I make payment. Five minutes later, my name was called and the bill was RM150. As I had read previous reviews mentioning that the bill was reasonable, I was a bit taken aback by the amount and enquired the breakdown. The nurses then asked if any tests or swabs were done. When I said no, they too appeared perturbed and confused of the pricing given that no tests or swabs were done on my skin.
I enquired on the breakdown of the bill and was met with scared, apprehensive looks by the two nurses who said they couldn’t decide how much the consultations should cost and that I should speak to the doctor directly. The nurses mentioned that the cost of the generic Telfast anti-histamine tablets should be $2 per tablet and that my medicine should cost $60 in total.
I then went back to see Dr. Mutu to clarify the costs. This was when things turned ugly and he chastised me for taking up his time with a longer consultation. Apparently a five minute consultation cost RM35 and an 11 minute consultation would cost RM75 (even though there were constant interruptions in between the consult whereby the nurses kept checking the fees and he was busy collecting money from the nurses).
When enquired why my consultation costed that amount, he said “ in the time that I saw you, my father next door had already seen four patients”.
Beware, you’ll see that they are more monetary-inclined than caring for the patient. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
4 years agoDr Muthu is very polite and listen to my skin problems well, and touch and carefully examined my skin before going into treatment, which gives me a lot of relieve and with the confident words he says is superb.The treatment cost is reasonable and staffs in the clinic is very dedicated and caring . My main aim visiting the clinic is to get treated well with reasonable price for medication as Im a Pensioner for the past 5 years and have to support my wife who has a stroke. The medicine given was effective and dr Muthu advised me the reasonable pricedlotions, and soaps to buy from nearby pharmacy next to my house which will be more easier in future to refilla year agoI went to Socka Skin Clinic clinic for my Acne and scar treatment. My consultant’s was Dr.Socka and Muthu whom I have been consulting for past 3 months. I was little bit scared initially because I have already spent so much of money for my scars previously in many Beauty saloon and online products like Shopee, He recommended few options for my scar treatment. I finally choose one which was suggested for skin resurfacing for scar but then i decided to give a try and I got my confidence back immediately after the first session which went really well because me and the people around me started seeing the changes in my face. The scars started reducing and my face started to be more clear than the previous years of treatment with various other places. Thanks to Dr.Socka & Muthu in this Skin Clinic. Both was very kind, humble, friendly and professional with timely response for their patients.The malay staffs are also very helpful during the reviews.I also brought my family members for their long time skin skin problems here , the medicine worked excellent for them too. The medicines given by them worked perfectly for them
The price wise was affordable average RM100 to RM200 for 1 month to 2 month medication supply , with complete cream , medicine and wash, which I find affordable and cost effective for people like me , single person working and supporting the whole family
3 years agoDoctors are very experienced. I heard the clinic has been running for 30 years successfully. They treat skin & hair problems. I visited them for hair fall problem 6 months ago. It worked well for me. My hair fall has stopped and hair regrow is satisfactory now. Anyone with hair fall can visit this clinic, they can show good results without any harmful effects to the body. Price is not very expensive.

a month agoPlease improve your receptionist, the process is too slow. There’s only two patients waiting to take medicine, and need to spend for like 40minutes to wait and collect medicine. If you are in a hurry, not recommended to come here.4 months agoThis is first time doing coolsculping treatment and I can really feel the difference. My body is much lighter and i feel healthier. When i visited the clinic the front desk staff service and respond are below standard. The person who provided information was wrong but person didn’t agreed. before my visit I provided my driver off work and even if I try to visit another hospital, it’s time to end the treatment. It was my fist experience to visited the clinic, I am never visit again. That place wasted my time. I do not recommend the clinic.a year agoFront desk staff service and respond are below standard. Unable to provide solution. Being ignorant and trying to push customers away like ‘u better go else where we’re full here’. If the system is unable to capture those who registered within 2 days ahead, fix it instead of telling customers that other customers were facing that issue. If the slot is full just block the registration. Do something about it don’t be so lazy. Thanks for providing the service but I believe everyone’s time is precious too. Fix your problem.

Dr Low is super friendly and amazing. I got my face rejuvenation laser done and he did a great job. I barely could feel any pain during the laser procedure. He also explained the do and don’ts after the treatment was over. He also gave me a sunblock to be applied for the next two weeks. I would give Dr Low 5/5. Thank you Dr.

Had my treatment done here and I am very satisfied with how the result turned out even though just after the first treatment, my skin no longer pops pimples out of anywhere anytime. Thank you! I like how Dr Low was not eager to give us all sorts of steroids & creams. In fact he didn’t give us any, it was pure consultation. He was very attentive in checking my daughter’s skin, listening to what we have done, what has happened, what creams & medications we have used & recommended 2 creams for my daughter’s eczema that can be bought from Watsons or Guardian. I bought them and it worked really well on my daughter.
