3 months agoPurchased medicine without consultation; wait of approximately 30-35 minutes on weekdays. If visited with consultation, the wait time tends to be extended around 3-4 hours overall from consulting to treatment to taking medication, indicating high patient load. The restroom facilities is lacking in hygiene and convenience, as they lack proper hand soap (only a communal bar of soap is provided, not a soap pump dispenser) and there is no toilet paper. Considering a substantial patient base, the doctor should just spend a little bit to enhance the overall customer experience and do his part to serve its customer better by providing proper toilet facilities.in the last weekDoctors are good but not the staff. BAD experience with INCOMPETENT & INDIFFERENT staff at payment counter. Waited for 1 hour 15 mins, just to purchase a cleanser & toner! The items were already prepared long ago but the staff didn’t bother to check at all. I enquired three times with her and received no appropriate response until I raised my voice. If there were more stars, i would definitely give this clinic more than just the recommended 5 stars. The doctor is very approachable and his way of explaining medical terms and medications makes it even more comfortable for us patients to get our treatment. The front desk personnel is a very polite and kind woman who treats everyone with kindness and respect. Skin problems, wound dressing and even a regular fever, you can come over to this clinic and get yourself treated. Not forgetting, reasonable pricing too.
Came here to treat my severe stubborn acne. Doctor is friendly and listened to my history attentively. Easy to talk to and a good listener. Gave me good advice and I agree with his treatment suggestion. Pricing imo is reasonable too. As someone suggested before, park at New World Park and walk to the clinic which is not too far. Also payment is by cash, online transfer or touchngo only. They don’t accept credit card (I hope in future they will).
Doctor is very patience. Listening attentively and explaining in detail the root of the cause. Very good advice given. Worth the consultation money and reasonable price as well. Thank you doctor. Would recommend to others.
Not really expert in diagnosis, moreover, the consultant fee was super expensive. Eventually, problem wasn’t resolved but we paid for RM330 for 10 minutes treatment without any medication provided. Not recommended.
Came here to consult about my skin condition. Doctor very professional , explained my issue and options for treatment. Price very reasonable! Consultation charges was only rm35 !. Consultation was very pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic !
