2 weeks agoThe therapist applied clay mask on my face and I was then left in the treatment room with mask on for 1 hour without being attended. the therapist mentioned that they were busy with customers, but this is not an excuse to forget about the exisitng customer who they are giving treatment to, especially when they were at least 3 staff sitting at the counter at that time. The therapist could easily set an alarm to remind herself to remove my mask after 30 mins, as being told by your therapist back in my older sessions where the mask should not be applied for more than 20-30minutes.The standard of service has dropped over years.
10 months agoI recently visited Dr Ko Rawang and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Although the shop appears a bit dated, the doctor and the staffs were incredibly welcoming and attentive.I could tell that the doctor was highly skilled and experienced, and she took the time to explain each step of the process to me and answer any questions I had. The results of my facial were also great – my skin felt so much smoother and looked much more radiant!
I highly recommend Dr Ko Rawang’s facial service to anyone looking for a high-quality facial experience. The staff and doctor are top-notch, and I will definitely be returning for future appointments 🙂 Kudos!
7 months agoI’ve been receiving treatment at Dr. Ko’s Rawang branch for almost 2 years now, and my experience has been remarkable. From the moment I first visited with my wife, we were warmly welcomed, and the consultation process was hassle-free till today. Dr. Ng has been my primary doctor, and under her care, I have witnessed a significant improvement in my facial appearance and overall skin conditions.Occasionally, I visit the Ara Damansara branch for facials if I am too busy, considering its proximity to my office. However, my preferred choice has always been the Rawang branch. Dr. Ng and her staff have an in-depth understanding of their patients, which adds to the personalized experience. Every treatment session has shown visible improvements, and their follow-up is truly superb. In fact, I was so impressed with their service that I convinced my brother and sister to join, and they too have witnessed significant improvements. The value for money is undeniable.
No matter what skin concern I have, I trust Dr. Ng’s expertise implicitly. Her knowledge and skills in this field are outstanding, and she has effectively passed on her expertise to her staff. They’re very helpful and are always willing to assist patients without resorting to hard-selling tactic.
I wish them the best with their new location, which is closer to my house. This move will make it even more convenient for me and my family to continue seeking their exceptional care.

The doctor is very friendly and willing to know more about her patients, to understand more on patient’s condition and needs. She is very patiently in taking the baby’s pictures while doing 5D scan (cant able to take a good angle of baby pictures due to baby position) and explaining to us very detailed. Much love.7 months agoThe best Skin Clinic in Rawang with dedicated doctor and reasonable medical fees. My father suffered from skin itchiness on his arms and eyes lid for few months even get medical treatment from skin specialist in hospital. Fortunately, we visited Emerald Clinic Rawang 2 weeks ago met Dr. Venessa, now my father skin problem is heal. This clinic is highly recommended for anyone who suffers with skin problems. Visited about 5 years ago for scalp and skin psoriasis, after visiting several others this is the only doctor able to identify the disease and provide medication to control it. Even though now on and off the psoriasis will return, but I’ve know I’m able to control and tame it by using the medication Dr Dharan provides. Today I’m returning again for my skin acne problem, hopefully the result will be as effective as before.
My go to doctor here is always Dr Herry – very soft spoken, and his explanation on my skin eczema is very clear. The meds he gave me – truly works. I believe he’s only available here during the weekend, hence I prefer going on weekend. Thanks Dr Herry for solving my super sensitive eczema skin! (sorry if I spelled your name wrongly) but you’re 10/10
The doctors and nurses are kind and polite to their patients. Starting to see improvement since the first day I came.
Very good. There is a male doctor and a female nurse who are very professional. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names.
I started the treatment for my breakout in April 2023. The goal was to stop the acnes. My face keep improving until around August, doctor say I can reduce the meds. My last visit was in September 2023 because I no longer need the antibiotics. Now my face is acne-free, but still have scars which will need time to heal. Thanks Dr Dharan and another female doctor which I’m not sure the name (sorry!) for the treatment and advices. The nurses also very friendly.
If anyone wondering, I keep track of my spending for the treatment. I spent around RM168-230/month (depending on what you need that time).
