3 years agoIt has been a very pleasant experience with the Aqua Facial treatment done by the pretty therapist Queenie. Love how the skin is well cleansed and looks radiant after the treatment. The consultation provided by Karen was thorough and comprehensive. and I was able to understand how the treatment can be customised to suit my skin needs. 7 months agoReview on iAesthetics: Went to consult about my mole removal only to be greeted by the doctor who showed little to no interest in what i am going through. The doctor was insincere throughout the whole consultation and was quick to refer me to another hospital. When asked about the procedure, he was unsure and didn’t show confidence in carrying out the surgery. The waiting time was also relatively long even when I had pre booked the slot. My booking was at 6pm but I was only attended at 6:20pm… overall it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience… i wouldn’t recommend this place and would advise anyone to seek consultation elsewhere.a year agoI was referred by a colleague who had her cauterization treatment done at this clinic. I had the same concern on my face and was assured and convinced seeing my colleague’s condition improved. My subsequent treatments were pleasant. The aesthetic doctor and nurse are always assuring, explaining what is expected from the treatment and procedure to be conducted. I am still a regular happy customer now for other treatments.a year agoWent to seek the Doctor advise on mole removal for my son and raise some question like will there be scars after the procedure. Was told not 100% and doctor was quick to refer us to kkh. He seem unwillingly and inexperienced with kids to me. Make sense to pay for consultation but a piece of referral also need to pay? I will avoid this clinic and will not go again.a year agoWent to iMedical to see doctor for a sore throat today. Was the first patient at the empty clinic. Doctor was helpful in explaining my symptoms and treatment. Can’t say the same for the assistant lady. She was prickly and impatient through and through. Didn’t like the way she talked to my husband when he presented his company insurance card. She seemed annoyed that she had to do extra work to find out which type from the system. Later, when I enquired abt the sore throat lozenges that doctor prescribed, if it’s the same with the ones I already have at home. She wasn’t very happy, “you still want to know the brand ah?” “doctor said it’s different” and kept throwing the question “so you want or don’t want” at me, as if I wanted to scrimp a few bucks on the meds (why should I when it’s covered by insurance?!). As a patient, I deserve the right to know what goes into my body. I would understand the attitude if the clinic is very busy and I’m taking up time from the next patient. But even after we left, we were still the only patrons there. She might mean no harm. But as a service staff member, a little courtesy and warmth would be appreciated.3 years agoBe careful with their nice behaviors, it can not compensate the shortage of their experience. My surgery wound was needed to dress with the detailed instruction from the operation doctor. However, once I come here to clean the wound, it got worse with bubble and fluid leaked out. I must hospitalize again and my doctor got angry once seeing that wound situation, since the dressing procedure took placed wrongly. And the wrong process actually is a very basic mistake in medical.

the H treatment here has been working very well! seeing results & scars have faded in just a few sessions. i had mild but very persistent acne for years.. tried everything but nothing really worked so i’m really happy to finally see results! highly recommend ??

visited the clinic in nov 2022. had been dealing with acne (teen) for the whole of that year so i decided to visit a derm.
derm prescribed me with a pill called isotretinoin 10mg, and also asked me to do the H treatment regularly (weekly/monthly). After that, i was asked to buy a whole line of skincare products from the clinic. derm assured me that aft 4 months, my skin would be cleared. this was NOT the case.
the pill gave me side effects like dry lips/skin, and also my skin started getting very sensitive/red, felt like i had post inflammatory erythema
after finishing the pills (4 months) i completely stopped taking it and just did my own skincare. i did go back a few times to do the H treatment but felt that it was a temporary solution. Hours after the treatment my skin was very clear, but a day after the treatment my skin goes back to normal, being red, irritated.
i consulted with the derm like at the 6th month, then he told me that if i stopped taking the pill abruptly then the relapse rate would be much higher, means my acne is going to come back. Derm didnt tell me this before i took the pill..? i saw some results but it was not what the derm promised (within 4 months) yeah so i just didnt want to go to the clinic anym because i felt that the large sum of money i spent was wasted.
derm was not helpful at all when answering my qns, whenever i asked qns he would just brush it off and immediately recommend me their line of products :/ kind of like forcing me to purchase the products.
after all that false hope and decrease in self confidence, im currently dealing with my skin independently, relying on skincare and healing my gut. Take note, this review is solely based on what i experienced.
Went to consult Dr Goh for laser treatment to remove pigmentation. After spending more than S$1K and 3 laser sessions coupled with H treatment each time and purchase of their products, not the slightest improvement. Waste of time and money, not recommended.
Went clinic on 13 oct after red lump appeared on my face. Dr Goh diagnosed it a cyst and gave me an injection, he also assured me the lump will resolve next day. When i asked what if it doesn’t work, he confidently declared that is impossible. Sounds odd since i believe no injection is guaranteed to work 100%. Next day lump ooze pus and blood and also felt painful. V upset his injection ruined my face and i now have to seek further treatment.
