3 months agoSuper disappointed with this hotel service. I booking this hotel a room on 26th and come on the day of booking and she told me that the hotel already full. She gave my room to other people. And when I asked about other room, she show me the same room I booked in the app but gave me the full price instead.5 months agoOLD ROOM WITH SHABBY TOWEL, BED SHEET AND PILLOW COVER. PARKING AT ROAD SIDE. COULD NOT CONTROL SPEED AND TEMPERATURE AIR CONDITIONING, ONLY ON/OFF.a year agoWe came late night and check in was good and smooth. Receptionist was ok. Only thing is a price. Is loooots to high for a room you recive. Mould smell isn’t good for our health. Should be cleen or cheaper. The rest is fine.a year agoThe reception staff is very rude and has a bad attitude. already booked through agoda but the staff asked for more money during check in. he would reject my reservation if I didn’t agree and ask me to find another hotel. When I continued to argue, he mocked me for not staying in a hotel if I had no money. worst hotel reception so far. 7 months agoAbsolutely terrible place! Please do not make the mistake of booking this place! Had a very very bad experience ? I booked a family room for a night via Agoda. We reached there at the inn around 8pm and we were looking forward to having a good night sleep, but that clearly wasn’t what was waiting for us. We were told by the receptionist that there were no room left and he ended up giving us two rooms instead of one family room. I have a feeling that they might have given the room that we had booked to someone else. One of the room that he gave us had a single bed and no attached bathroom, and the other had a queen bed with an attached bathroom. There were 4 of us. A queen bed sleeps two and three of us ended up cramming ourselves on the bed. The room was in a terrible condition, the bathroom was so filthy that it had to be the dirtiest bathroom that I’ve ever had to use. There were stains all over the bathroom wall, toilet seat, curtains and the wall. The floor was sticky and the room was looked like it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay. There was no apology whatsoever from them. If I could give zero star, I would! So disappointing ?10 months agoWith the price paid, it is not bad. Do note some rooms don’t have a toilet but a common one provided on the floor. For foreigners, if you are looking for a cheap hotel with no frills, look no further, but keep in mind the RM10 tax for foreign tourist. For local Malaysians, take note : Some rooms no toilet, no TV, unadjustable Aircon, no lift, no soap, no toiletries, limited carpark, peeling paints and such. Please don’t complain if it is not to your liking, go somewhere else that would appease your cheap appetite.3 months agoBudget accomodation, nothing special, delicious roti canai shop across the street.a year agoWe stayed here 2 nights before catching the jungle train at Wakaf Bharu, it’s in a great location, not far to food & the shopping mall. The rooms are a good size! We were in a twin which was very spacious & clean! We would 100% recommend here, for backpackers you can’t beat this place for value! The only negative was there was no free water refills & in our room the Wi-Fi was very temperamental but apart from that we were really pleased with our stay!10 months agoVery nice service from all of the staff. Really recomended to all. Thanks D’noor Budget Hotel.

bed are became uncomfortable after long time re- visit. aircond not cold fast enough.
it’s clean , nice , modern fusion feel , friendly and surprise when i was nicely welcome as a guest .
this is great price hotel among this area.

Love the place because of the location. There are many amenities provided like steam iorn, refrigerator. The room is quite cheap, but i would want to be improve in safety, and cleanliness. They should make a room with white light , because its so hard for me to do my works with dim light in the room.
Nice location but no parking space reserved. Room are big enough for 5 family member. Wifi internet to slow.

If you are afraid of noise, don’t stay here, at least don’t get a room facing the street. The viaduct + intersection plus the outdoor air conditioner in the mall will keep you awake all night. The windows are made of the thinnest glass. There is no difference between opening and closing, and there is no sound insulation effect at all. Never trust the ratings on agoda! I came here without reading the reviews on Google. When I came here, I knew the location was going to be a disaster. Of course, the boss’s service attitude is pretty good,he tell me after pm11 will be silent. but now is am 1 . the motorcycles running all over the streets . the noise is still terrible.
Stay at a room without bathroom. The room is spacious, nice smell, comfort bed and pillow.
Sharing bathroom is clean, normal water pressure with hot water. No water issue.
Just beside KB mall, easy for eating or shopping. Below hotel also got 7E.
Used to the noisy of traffic, so not big deal for me.
Receptionist and staff are friendly.
The management should put a mirror in the room, cause my room I stayed don’t have a mirror.
Will stay here again on my next trip.
