I visited Klinik Faizal dan Rakan Rakan, and had a really positive experience. One thing that stood out was despite the clinic being busy with many patients at the time, i didnt have to wait long at all, which really impressed me and made the whole visit much more convenient. Dr Aisyah was really great and nice. She took time to explain everything clearly, making sure i understood my condition and the treatment options. Receptionist/ assistant also took time to go to my medications in detail. They made sure i understood how and when to take them, which really helped me feel confident about my treatment. Overall, im really satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for efficient and caring healthcare ❤️❤️❤️

Had my son's blood test done here as a walk-in. The entire process went smoothly. The staff were professional and courteous. The doctor’s consultation was thorough and informative. We were attended by Nurse Aqilah and Dr. Alia. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended to everyone.

very bad service for Dr Mitra. very unsatisfactory service. She is not friendly towards the patient, and the checkup takes less than 1 minute. I have a fever but she didn't give me fever medicine. first and last come in this clinic.overall the staff at the front desk are very polite and very soft
