2 weeks agoRoom is very clean and tidy. No dust. Ammenities are well equipped. However, front desk attitude can be improved, especially in hospitality industry. No smile and greetings whatsoever. Pool was closed when we visited.2 months agoService was not so good, the receptionist was not professional, seems not really know what they are doing. the room was ok but the carpet floor in the room was extremely dirty. there’re no electrical outlets nearby the bed so you need to charge your phone or other accessories on the bench far away from the bed, no fridge in the room as well so avoid to get yourself any soft drinks or ice creams to your room.2 months agoAlmost cancelled my room after reading all the comments here. Checked in and found this place to be good. Maybe because you all have lowered my expectations hahaha.The good 1. Room is clean, smells good and up to standard. 2. Front desk staff (Malay lady) was ok, she allowed me to check in slightly earlier at 2.20pm 3. Clean and good looking lobby. 4. Good cafe downstairs 5. Got good deal in Agoda. 6. Their shower gel smells good lol.
Not so good. 1. No fridge in room 2. Deposit of RM 200 required to check in 3. Swimming pool was closed. Probably it’s dirty like what you all have reviewed.
Either the management has taken note and improve or that I got lucky with this good room. In any case, absolutely no complaints if you get this room below RM 200 per night. I got mine below RM 160 that’s why it’s great for me.
a month agoVery pleased with the service in the hotel. We organised a two day event. The maintenance personnel Basiery, Khairul and Sales Harry need to be praised. Very polite and attentive. Especially Khairul who was always on hand. Something you can hardly find in other Hotel maintenance people! Food was good too, simple and well presented and prepared. I would recommend this place for a short getaway and for small meetings. It’s fairly new so the furnishings are all good and clean too.a month agoThe room was ok but the carpet floor in the room was dirty. there’re no electrical plug at bedside. Hot water was not constant. Hotel locations was good. Hotel provided free parking.

6 months agoNice place for me and husband to rest after work. The price is reasonable. The aircond is not up to my expectation, a bit slow. The receptionist too polite until i cant hear her voice clearly. During my checked in, I saw another staff eating at counter. Hopefully the management can prepare a pantry for their staff. Overall is good.5 months agoA super hotel, loved it. I was in business interest and was all I needed. The rooms are super clean, comfortable bed. You have a boiler to make tea or coffee in the room. It is easy to get to points of interest and restaurants near by. I liked the position of the hotel and the information you receive at front desk.5 months agoI am amazed. I have never been in such a good hotel. Everything was just great. From reception,to cleanliness, food, buffet, alá cart restauran, it was a blast. I was there for my wedding adversary,just amazed. Coming back very soon6 months agohotel, good shower, not that new but just nice for budget stay. For food, many Chinese restaurants are located here, and 2 malls were nearby. If you like the decathlon product, this hotel was suitable for you as the decathlon warehouse was in the Lotus mall, just walking distance from the hotel.6 months agoThis hotel offered great rooms which were to a pretty high standard. The view was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was of a great standard.

The room given to us was super hot cuz the aircond wasnt working. the receptionist however was very helpful she quickly called a guy to check n after that agreed to get another room for us. Room cleanliness is below average. They have water dispenser but I dont use their cups cuz very dirty.

Receptionist lady was very very very rude and not helpful at all. Please prepare cash for deposit as she will not give your room key. Asked qr pay said cannot. Asked nearest atm she said dont have near one. Only far one. She doesn’t even give any suggestions. Really frustrating and disappointing as i told her i’m alone and have no car. Also in a rush. I said my friend will come and paid for it. She insisted cannot. No pity at all. I have went too many other hotel. No issue on deposit. Can pay later but will not given receipt. If have any issue i still have to pay because no receipt.
Other than that, bed sheets and pillow sheets dirty.
Room noisy. Window cannot closed.
Hard to get grab. Being rejected twice by grab.
Overall, really bad hotel. You can get better hotel with same price.
One of the worst hotel, stains on bedsheet and blanket. Shower heater doesn’t work so cold shower in the morning. Theres big holes on the wall and the door so others can see inside the room. No hairdryer inside the room and when asked they said RM30 extra deposit. Unfriendly morning staff (Malay lady) not answering questions. Avoid this at all costs.
I stay in level 1, check in 13/11 for 1 day. But the room cleaner for 12/11 (level 1) didn’t clean the room well, the tables and chair are so dirty.
When I arrived at night, the receptionist was quite busy playing games and watching shows from his phone and my check-in process couldn’t be done in a short time. They requested for a deposit before they handed out the key. After the check-in process, I was given a bag with towels and Tv remote controller before I could go upstairs. When I arrived at the 5th floor, I was surprised ro get a room that was not ready for a guest. It’s like it was ransacked just a while ago before I came in. There was no electricity as well for that room. So I had to rush down to the receptionist to demand for another room that is ready. They gave me a room at 2nd floor. The room was okay for a sleep. The air conditioner worked well. I feel this is not a hotel for a good and comfortable night sleep. Just enough to sleep shortly when you arrive late at night. Please avoid if you’re looking for convenience and tidy room. Price is cheap but it should be cheaper.
