5 months agoVery pleasant experience with the vets here. My dog is terrified of strangers and would usually snap at other people when they touched her. But she had active ear bleeding so we had no choice but to bring her. She seems very calm when the vets are attending to her and would even wag her tail in the clinic. Very good sign. Staffs are very caring to our babies and handles them with love just like their own . They are very knowledgeable and professional and added with a magical touch ; our baby kitten immediately calmed down and instantly purring just by the Dr’s touch . We were given way much more comprehensive medical care /treatment compared with all others than we have visited.This is the place you should bring your babies for medical care. I’m sticking to this Vet for sure . My number 1 choice !?
2 years agoThe doctor are very friendly and nice. The environment is very clean and hygiene also they follow straight SOP which is very good during this covid-19 pandemic. The price is reasonable and they also accept credit card payment. Very recommend this vet 🙂 but the downside is the parking is limited.2 years agoDr Tan has been very helpful. She was not rushing and would explain every detail so I understand what is going on with my pet and would also discuss the options to diagnose and treat her the best way possible. The doctor was also very patient to listen and answer my queries. I arrived at the clinic feeling worried about my furry friend after vomitting blood and left happy and satisfied with the service received from the center. Price is reasonable I would say. I would highly recommend this clinic.

2 weeks agoDoctors and assistants all very helpful and attentive and gentle to my cat’s needs. Their fees reasonable. They even have pet lodging at cheap price (haven’t try). Parking considerably easy.in the last weekAffordable pricing and very friendly vets that are super loving to my cats. I like that the vets are respecful, and listen to my concerns. They do not brush me off when I asked them about information I’ve read online, nor do they put me down when I decline a specific treatment.No-fuss neuter process for my cat; he recovered very fast too. The staffs are always friendly and honest in recommending products too. I was going to buy a cone for my cat post-surgery but they told me it is not necessary for male cats because of the fast recovery. Truly happy to find this place.
4 months agoThe team is very attentive to the patients’ needs. My cats approved. Medications also at the best price. Never had a bad experience with them. Best if they can add on ward and surgery services in future.2 years agoBring my cat here twice for deworm and vaccination. Affordable price, doctor is informative, appointment booking is easy, and the procedure is quite fast. The latest SOP process is quite good, the pet owners are not allowed to go to the room but we’re connected via video call.9 months agoToday I bring a stray cat for vaccine and deworm. The indian lady doctor provided the service. She is really kind and thoughtful. She even kiss with a mask on on the cat. She deserve an increment definietly for such loving doctor.However, there was a spectacle Chinese lady doctor serving at the door who seemed more impatient.

1. Well-lit and air-conditioned waiting space.

3. Short waiting time in between the registration, consultation with the vet and receiving meds (
Opens only on weekdays is ridiculous for a “government” hospital. Not only that, they are severely unequipped. Probably the only thing they could provide is neutering. I was recommended to come here from my Bangsar vet because they were charging RM800 for a procedure that will only take 5mins. So I came to the government hospital on a weekday to find that they can’t even help my cat. Its just incision to remove a shrapnel in his right hand. I wish I could do this myself, I saw the xrays. At this rate, I would just have to let the cat die or have him euthanized before he deteriorates. Some government help this is.
Facilities really worst but hospital built was very big together with parking places.Better close and built shopping complex. Ask anything, sorry my hospital dunt have, you go there. then for wat, you all here, wasting salary, wasting manpower in that ghost hospital.
Should be the best ,well equipped than other paid clinics surroundings area of cheras.
Please Improve.There are Stray dogs and cats are accumulating cause of cost for private clinics. Not all ppl can afford to pay for private clinics to help population of stray cats, dogs.
Governmental organization for animals.
You can get a pet passport/microchip/deworming/vaccines, etc at very reasonable prices.
The Doctors and receptionists were nice too
*Make sure to call them first to know if a doctor is available or not before visiting.
Only can check,the best “Malaysia”vet can provide just straight to private one,they can’t even do or they just lazy to do the procedures.
