a week agoAmazing clinic for cats ?Thorough and careful vets. Friendly staff. Clean and calm environment. Reasonably priced. Appointments easy to get, walk-ins accepted too (better to call in first to check)!
My kitten was struggling with diarrhoea amongst other issues like fur mites. Dr Tan was thorough enough to snip off some fur and take still samples to put under the microscope to identify the problem and prescribe all the necessary medications, antibiotics and probiotics.
Went back for a follow-up to get more medication and did my cat’s last kitten vaccination. My cat was all better within a week!
Love that the vet was patient enough to explain my cat’s condition and give diet advice.
Will keep coming back here!

Their expertise in handling pets and providing thorough information to customers, along with collecting detailed pet condition and history, reflects a top-notch commitment to care. Dr. Tan and her team are very professional and caring, good listener and will patiently explained in details to ease your nervousness. Their pricing is also reasonable. 2 months agoThank you for saving my cat. Brought my cat here 3 times on different occasions attended by 3 different doctors, Dr Nazmi, Dr Kuain & Dr Tessi. All my visits were pleasant & the doctors were very gentle & professional & catered to all my questions & concerns ??2 months agotheir PR and services is still the same from my first visit back to 5@6 years ago .. totally recommended to those that looking for best vet in the town❤️2 years ago1. One of the best & most affordable vet here in Kuching (they will email u the receipt, take a look at the picture ?)2. Great service but took me more than an hour just standing in line outside ?
3. Staffs and the Doctor herself was very friendly and helpful as it is my first time. I didn’t understand the services and they kindly explained it to me.
4. Only 4 people is allowed to be inside at once, hence why the line outside will be very long and just be aware that you would stand in line for atleast an hour.
5. No appointments & bookings ? which is very troublesome
6. They only accept cats for some reason lol
7. Gave a lot of medicines ??

2 months agoMy cat was sick (suffered vomiting and no appetite to eat) and the doctor said it was a change in diet. Clinic gave medicine to increase appetite etc, and charge an amount of money. The next day, my cat died. My point is, if you don’t know how to do your job, just say it. Don’t scam people’s money and charge people’s money blindly. It’s people’s hard earn cash. God bless your clinic. Regardless, “Thank You” for your service. The last time I’ll ever send my cats to this clinic3 months agoHonestly ive been here since they opened and a member at that, recently ive noticed a change in the doctors, they used to be very friendly and soft with the cats. Now theyre just plain rude and kasar. I brought my 4th cat here to neuter, now they charge a consultation fee to “check” the cat whereas before this all we need is vaccine. That “check” is just temperature and weight. Doesnt even want to help my cat out from the carrier so she just watch and let me do it myself cause its scared. Plus shes really fckin rude. U get mad at me cause he peed ofc because hes scared. All cats are different. Youre a vet rmb yr job. U should work on how u talk as well its just angry and kasar. Even the staff talks so rude. Before this its not like that but i guess yr quality in service is just bad. Ive visited another vet for consulting my cat if hes ok to neuter, they said he was fine. I brought them to Zawani because i was a member and its cheaper. But i guess cause its cheaper they give bad service for it. Last time im ever coming here. Pls improve yr service. Its getting worse. Youre working in a vet please be mindful animals can feel yr negative emotions too and theyre sick as well. eventhough youre moody or having a bad day, i dont think youre suited for this line if youre going to lash out at us customers and our cats.

Really good veterinary practice. We have a dog and the Indonesian lady vet is excellent. Very thorough and can be a bit expensive for some. But we try to do the best for our pets.
One of the best pet clinic or hospital in town and closing time quite later than others too. Easy to park.

I brought my cat when he was involved in an accident where he had a broken jaw and lung contusion. This was one of the few places open late on a Sunday evening and the vets were very professional. They are well equipped for emergencies and were able to do X-rays to figure out the problem, put my cat in ICU overnight before doing surgery for him over the next few days. There were daily updates on my cat’s condition and he was well taken care of during the post-operative period as well.
