11 months agoWe walked in to asked for the vaccination. Dr. Thong is the only one dr at this clinic. She is very professional and passionate with her job. You need to lock the appointment first before come. Can’t walk in. Plenty of parking space around the vet.4 months agoDr Thong was absolutely wonderful to Midnight and myself, especially after the long day we both had. My kitten is on her way to recovery and I look forward to seeing Dr Thong once again next month. Highly recommended.a year agoSUPER affordable and doctor is patient & friendly to animals. Explain everything in details everytime we have questions. All my puppies enjoyed visiting the vet. They always kacau doctor during their visit ? Call for appointment and make sure you are on time as the doctor is managing the whole vet by herself (consultation, answering calls, boarding care etc).8 months agoHad my cat neutered it cost RM220 plus with 1 night stay there. Dr are very friendly and nice but unfortunately my cat had fleas from there ?Edited: I took my cat to this vet for neutering two weeks ago, and unfortunately, it was a devastating experience. After the surgery, he was infected with fleas from this vet, which caused his blood platelets to drop and ultimately led to his internal bleeding and passing. Despite the vet knowing about the fleas, no prevention medication was advised or provided. This was a huge disappointment and has caused great emotional distress for myself and my family.
3 weeks agoMy go to vet for my dog. The doctor is very good in giving the best advice for my pet.

4 months agoI can’t praise Philos Veterinary Clinic enough! My dog Nini received acupuncture treatment there, and it was an outstanding experience. The staff’s care and expertise were exceptional, and the clinic’s welcoming atmosphere put us at ease.The acupuncture sessions improved Nini’s mobility and well-being noticeably. The team’s dedication, their explanations, and their follow-ups showed their genuine commitment to their patients.
Philos Veterinary Clinic is top-notch. If you’re looking for holistic veterinary care, I highly recommend them. They’ve made a huge positive impact on Nini’s life, and we’re grateful to have them as our trusted vet.
3 weeks agoGenerally happy with their service. Unfortunately my favourite vet had left, others are fine but the previous vet had set the bar high ? (the way she manages the pawtient, communicating with the owner)What could be better is on the customer service. Nothing wrong with their attitude, just hardly picking up the phone whenever I want to make an appointment. Not 1 or 2 times, everytime. I need at least 3 calls to get someone picking up my call.
2 weeks agoI’ve been coming here for years and Dr Leong is incredibly knowledgeable and gentle with my pets. It’s a good thing that she has many customers, but that also means there will be a rather long wait before you get to see her. Also, it is quite hard to get somebody on the phone.6 months agoMy go to vet since the opening (2005?) spanning 9 dogs. But MUST call to make appointment – at least 3 day before (for neuter/spay 5 days b4). I had 3 dogs kena cancer over the years Dr.Liong refused to put them to sleep. All 3 crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully at home.Last 2 visit Took Lucky the dog to Neuter. Very reasonable price, 1st visit my dog loves the cozy place (the air cond), today he was shaking…. Attempted boarding failed as Lucky have trust issue with the staff after castration! So I brought him back.
Dr.Liong, provides acupuncture too…. Closed on Sunday ya!
If emergency, don’t bother coming here! Google “vets accept walk in”, emergencies, “vets open on sundays” instead!
4 months agoThe vet has vast experience dealing with casses and is able to give points on consultation. Very friendly service. Otherwise, the receptionist is doing a good job, but she will need some telephonic conversation training. Sometimes, it’s just your bad luck she’s moody. The bill is pricey. it’s probably the location. As long Your pets get the right treatment

Been taking all my cats to iVET. The staff here is exceptional, including the doctors. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are also reasonable and affordable.
Friendly staff and always accommodating. You can tell that most of them care for the animals and treat them really well. Mario approves even though he does not enjoy trips there.

Pleasant atmosphere, the staff are courteous and the veterinary doctors and technicians are helpful in explaining how they intend to treat your pet. Consultation fees are surprisingly reasonable. I’m already thinking of switching to iVET for my other cats.
The best vet clinic in Klang Valley so far. Doctors are very good, experienced and friendly. The clinic probably have pretty much all the equipments needed and the environment is nice and clean too. Cost is reasonably average compared to others. Highly recommended!
