7 months agoReasonable X ray rm100 Another test rm150 checking my cat’s heart The rest meds & consultation total Rm370, honest to say compared to other clinics it’s quite costly xray itself rm180, this clinic is only rm100. The meds are very affordable, recommended, came the way all from puchong to go here. Very clean and the Dr explain very details & the cost as wellin the last weekmy experience was more than 5 years ago, im writing now because i still cant forget my experience here and id like to share with all of you. i have an indoor cat who is not friendly with strangers. i informed this to the doctor so she asked 2 assistants to help her. as expected my cat didnt want to cooperate. this female doctor got frustrated and kept mengeluh and somewhat complaining. i felt so bad until today im scared to go to the vets, worried the doctors would react the same way as her. my cat is now 15 years old and sudah lama tak pegi vet. kesian kan. i remember the doctor was a female, quite young at that time, quite tall and had her hair up. if you want to complain and moaning and groaning, do it behind closed doors la. not infront of your customer and patient.6 months agoReally good service from the vet! Wonderful place. Picked up a pathetic injured stray kitten whereby the hindlegs were literally skin and bones, infected and maggots ate all the flesh away. After the initial medication, i had to go every other day to change the dressing – thats like 4 times a week, and they didnt charge me for the service just for the bandage aje. About rm12 every 2 weeks. Fuh. This went on for 3 month until the cat boleh jalan. Although I have moved to Kota Damansara but we still make the journey over to Shah Alam due to how good and attentive the vets are. He’s a fat king of the house now.
Found a kitten under my car. Obviously lost and crying out loud. Just bring it to the vet for checkup. This is my first. Nice and friendly place at a reasonable rate. Seem to be quite a popular place.
