First of all, I arrived at DobiQueen where two staff members were sitting in the customer waiting area, playing on their phones without greeting or smiling. Then I proceeded to the small washer, trying to top up my DobiQueen app's token, but was unable to do so. Even upon seeing a customer struggling, no assistance was given. So I changed to a bigger washer because it is the only one that uses exchangeable tokens for payment. Clearly, the washer shows the temperature options and cost. I tried inserting a token according to the price and pressing start, but it keeps showing "Please Pay to Use". None of the staff were alerted to my struggle with the washer until I went to them myself. The only response I got was, "Oh, it needs 14 tokens," and they left without allowing me to ask another question. Well, clearly, the temperature I chose is warm, and it shows the price as 7 tokens, but I'm annoyed and bought another token before starting the washer. Overall, it was a bad experience. It's useless to have so many staff who do no work and use unhelpful apps. The only thing I like about this place is the detergent fragrance.

A bit expensive, RM8.5 hot wash(water was warm), RM 7.5 for warm wash (water tap temp i checked) another option is cold wash, for 23 mins 14kg load. Same goes for dryer. Okish seating. Following social distancing (Y). Not much rush at night times and weekdays. Coin machine also available, put RM10 note and get coins of RM 0.50. Overall okaish

Today come at 8:30 pm for dryer after 33 minute we come back and found out our laundry are only dry 20 % even after the machine completed 33 minutes so disappointed need to waste money for another dryer session. Not coming back here 😡😡😡😡
