a month agoThe doctors are very sincere and patient with all pets. I have a dog and 3 cats that come here for consultation when needed. My 13 years old dog is able to live long until today also thank to the vets here always able to diagnose the root cause accurately and give the right treatment everytime my dog feel unwell. He may not have live till today, if not for Grace Vet being there when I needed them most. Thank you.3 months agoVery satisfied with this Vet clinic since our first visit here in 2022. Since then all my cats get their vaccines here. Neuter operation for female cat is the best here coz the wound heal within 1w. Kudos to the best service provided by the Doctors and staffs. The price is reasonable. Dr will advise according to the client’s budget. Sometimes, we will get free dry/wet food because we feed the stray cats as well. Clean and comfortable as well. Recommended for your pet best health care.3 months agoBeen visiting Grace Vet since my first dog which was 15 years ago. My second dog is 11 years old now and Grace Vet is still our preferred and trusted vet. Thank you Dr Loh, Dr Choong, Dr Ooi and Dr Song. And not forgetting the friendly and helpful staffs ? The reception was polite, overall I had a good experience here. Thanks for taking care of my cat. Credit to Dr Soonga year agoThis place is well- maintained and has good ambience. There are 4-5 veterinarians available. The technicians are all polite & friendly. The vet costs I think the same as any other vet clinic in Penang plus they have a ward if the pet needs to stay to be monitored. The road to get here is quite narrow but manageable. Parking is a little bit of a problem though but provided for customers right in the vicinity.

a month agoThey have 2 waiting room. Doctor very kind and would check my cats thoroughly.a month agoTerrible Vet. When asked about his diagnosis on the cat he used “I don’t know” three times. Felt like he didn’t care to know what’s wrong with the patient. Failed to give correct diagnosis and prescriptions to the patient.A waste of my time and money. Went to another vet next day and got proper treatment at half the cost.

Doctors are not responsible, telling lie. PIC is arrogant, they can Simply change furkid “death time”. Friendly doctor & staffs they handled my dog very gently, carefully and with respect?. I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend to all pet’s owner.
A nice clinic for pets, helpful staff and doctor. They also frenly. The price also quite ok. Not so cheap not so high depends on your pets treatment. My cat was have operation and they took a good care.

Had a really disappointing experience today. This was my 2nd visit. My first visit was pleasant.
Today, the doctor was not interested in listening and he has made up his mind that our dog had cancerous warts based on the photos of the warts taken by another doctor from our previous visit. All he wanted was to prove his theory right by getting us to agree for a biopsy which we refused as there was no real solution provided by him beyond that apart from amputation or radio-therapy.
He did not even attend to the dog or attempt to dress the wart wound or comfort the dog and instead went on bragging about medical terms. He appeared brain-dead without a biopsy being done and had no interim treatment/solution. She is a happy dog now with a good appetite and playful. The only concern is the itch on the wound caused by the wart which tends to bleed if she licks it; therefore she is constantly with her protective collar on. She is not in pain though. We dont want to subject her to any further trauma and discomfort. So, no thanks, Doc.
Neutering done perfectly for my 6 months old cat. Reasonable price too compared to other veterinary centre.
