5 months agoI have bad experience for my both dogs. 1. 1st pet was brought here to check for pregnancy. My dog wasnt pregnant But the doctor told me she was pregnant & even showed the scanning details saying she is pregnant with 4 puppies. Knowing she was pregnant by the doc here I then Started feeding my pet accordingly. A week later I myself had a doubt and brought to another pet Clinic and the first thing they asked was who the hell said she is pregnant. Is the doc in silver land certified like seriously ? Or u guys are hiring people simply to be a doctor ? 2. Just a few days back, my 3 months old puppy was brought here Coz we suspected she was infected. The doc gave few injections and medicines and said she is weak But she will be Okay soon. And told to bring consecutively for two days. I brought her and followed all the medications. Ended up following this doctors treatment, my pet DIED. She just PASSED ON. When I contact them now, this Clinic is saying they have informed us Tht she is on dire state! And she is seriously ill! Like seriously If I knew she is seriously ill, do u think I wud have wasted my time with ur medications? I wud have brought her to several places to see wats wrong with her. Now they are saying they feel Sorry on how rationalise thing. Nonsense doctors and stupid Clinic!!!!Do u know how much I love my pet? Do u how much her lost has affected me and my family?? Do u know how serious this is? U guys are playing with our feelings is it? If u need money just do some other business and not kill ppls pets to feed ur family!!!
Karma is there and definitely Im going to make this thing an issue and wait how this is going to be make this Clinic close down. And or course you can delete my comment. I will not stop from posting. I will add my pets picture and see how u have killed my dear pet.
Stupid Clinic with stupid people claiming to be doctors !
6 months agoMy hamster’s feet are bleeding, I went to the vet here, the hamster is fine, put my hamster to death, I cry to this day, so sad, so uncomfortable, I can’t bear to leave me suddenly5 months agoAll the way from penang to this vet! Doctors and all nurses are good ! Friendly! Love pets! Gentle with pets! The cheapest in town! 3 years agoI really like this place. It has everything that you need for your pets (especially cats). The SOP by MOH is really well abide by the staffs of this pet centre. You need to leave your pets and they will call you when your pets’ session is already done. Next to the vet is a pet shop (under the same company). They provide various cat foods (only premium and above).3 years agoI like this clinic…service very good… Doctors and staff very friendly..2 years agoBeen here countless of times as well as other vet around here in ipoh. 3 stars if for overall service including price charges per visit, won’t bore you with the trivia of details but there are other vet offer much better service and have better equipments in diagnosing and treating cats. Will I go here back soon? Of course!! I never have a bad experience here, I just rate the star after comparing to couple of other vet out there that are further to my home here.3 years agoThis is the worst veterinary clinic i’ve went. What type of clinic that doesn’t allow the customer to consult the doctor? When we insist to consult the doctor, the doctor responded so arrogantly! We have the right to consult the doctor in order to know the condition of our pets and yet they charge us expensively for the medicine. This is the first clinic that i’ve went and face this issue. If its up to me, i would rate no star but i only give 1 star because of the friendly staff.3 years agoQueuing take long time. However this clinic allow you the leave your pet, so so can go else where while waiting treatment done. They will call you once completed. It might take 1.5 to 2 hour to complete.

Unlike some vets that require appointments, Little Foot accepts walk-ins. Convenient in emergency cases. The dr and staff were helpful and polite and made the experience not too stressful for the pets.
My family and I cannot express enough gratitude towards LittleFoot Animal Clinic for their exceptional care and dedication in treating my 10-month-old ShihPoo, Coffee. When Coffee fell ill and stopped eating, We became extremely worried and sought help from another vet. Unfortunately, the previous treatment did not yield positive results and Coffee’s condition worsened, with the presence of blood in his stool. That’s when a friend recommended LittleFoot Animal Clinic, and it turned out to be a game-changer for us.
From the moment we walked into the clinic, I knew we had made the right decision. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcomed. Dr. Doreen was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly assess Coffee’s condition. She recommended that Coffee receive intravenous fluids and stay at the clinic for monitoring and further treatment.
The next day, when we visited Coffee at LittleFoot Animal Clinic, we were overjoyed to see him back to his active and playful self. It was a heartwarming sight, and I could tell that the dedicated team at the clinic had provided exceptional care. The clean and hygienic environment of the clinic was also very reassuring.

The doctor n the staff was friendly n helpful. Even took the time to explain n solve our problem. Some service they provide is bit expensive compare to other vets but im sure its because their expertise n experince. Keep up the good work ?
Amazing care and team. The Dr is absolutely great. She explains everything in detail and have alot of patience in answering questions. The boarding services is great too everything is clean and neat. My cat was in good hands. Don’t hesitate to bring ur pet here. They are great ?
Got my cat neutered and had a best experience there . The place is super clean , friendly staff and dr. The dr did extra care to clean my cat’s ear and alert that my cat has skin problem and flea. You can also bought cat treats as low as rm1 !
