Our got to Vet for our 4 legs family.4 months agoI’ve never been to this vet clinic before and we (me & my family members) have engaged with Dr Randolf and his staffs for 3 times for urgent house calls. we are grateful that doctor and his staffs would do house calls because nowadays, vet doctors don’t usually entertain customers/pet owners who request for house calls. We requested for an emergency house call for our sick dog a week ago and doctor came to take blood of my dog for a blood test and on the same day the results was shared via WhatsApp. Later on the same day, medicines were delivered to our house. Yesterday, we also called for an emergency for advice and we were entertained well. All in all, I am grateful for everything as of to date as I am writing this review. Thank you everyone from SVSS. God bless you for your help.3 months agoi have made an online reservation for a cat vaccination session thru online. But when i arrived at their place, a staff member informed me that the doctor had already left and that there were only open for half a day that day to see doctor. maybe SVSS can conduct an update for their online booking system after this, and hopefully no other customers weill be in the same predicament as me.2 years agoThe vet & team really take good care of the baby bird.The story is: My kid put handyplus the bird. They saw it fallen from the nest. The kids thought put handyplus the birds wings, their intentions is to help but.. Sight.. I was shocked y they did that.i try myself to slowly open, but the glue is very hard and sticky.. So we were rush to SVSS. And their to do great job without charge. Im so grateful.

2 years agoMade reservation for my big furbaby for spaying today(Kempen Kembiri). It didn’t take long. We were asked to bring in our doggy from the back entrance. Doc injected the anesthesic and in few seconds goes into anesthesia. They brought our dog in for surgery & done within 15mins or more. Brought him back home & now he’s resting. ???

2 years agoThe best clinic so far. ? You can make appointment just thru Whatsapp, which is very convenient for me. Easy to find parking eventhough our appointment always at 2pm (usually peak time in some areas). Doctor, nurse and staff are so friendly and helpful. ⭐ There is weighing machine near the counter, so you can weigh your pet while waiting for the turn. ? I like the service where the nurse or staff help to carry the pet carrier inside the treatment room. ? There is also a bench available inside the room, so I can seat comfortably. ? But sadly only 1 person allowed. ? You don’t need to worry about holding your pet while getting the injection as there are 2 nurses helping the doctor holding our pet. ⭐ Some clinic won’t do this.. I went to 2 other clinics before and yet I have to grab my pet that were running away. ? Oh yea, my cats not even crying or meowing while getting the injections. Some does, but just for a while. That’s something magical. ? Kudos KVC ? Hope you can keep maintaining all these. ?3 months agoCalled at 4pm to make an appointment and what we got was “you have till 420pm” But website says 5pm? “Doctor wants to go out at 430pm”Disappointing. Should consider changing the time on your google if that’s the case.
10 months agohighly recommend this place . very professional and friendly staff. thank you for saving my cat tommy.a year agoall staffs was very nice friendly and assisting. So grateful they still accept us despite we were supposed to be there at 3pm. Yet due to heavy traffic at Jalan UMS we arrived 330pm. Doc and his assitant also very professional and the doc able to diagnose my dog condition. He’s very informative and assisting. I highly recommend this clinic. price also reasonable.???. Great clinic for your petsa year agothe only animal clinic i will ever go! thanks to the friendly dr & staff for being so diligent and gentle in handling my fur baby. Dr gave me very detailed info about my pet’s condition. The price is in the affordable range as well. Definitely a recommended animal clinic!

But anyway, they seem professional on handling sick cat, even tho my cat just passed away but they did all the best they can to save it.
The service charges is also affordable ? Not too pricey also not too cheap.
Dr.Cecilia and the team really care about your pet. Appreciate how they would give professional advice and services every time. I adopted a cat that has very large cut on his front limb few months ago. Dr.Cecilia stitched the cut nicely and gave me useful tips for taking care of him. I sent the same cat for castration afterwards. Surgery was nicely done and my cat has been living happily since then. Having this team/ clinic in KK is truly a blessing to all KK people!
Brought my pup to Kinabalu Animal Clinic last week for rabies vaccination. Location wise, its easy to find with the help of google map. Upon arrival (10min earlier for the appointment I have booked 2 weeks prior via the clinic’s website), we registered and was assisted right away. The interior was clean and well managed. The doctor was kind to even gave extra advice and let us wait inside the treatment room for 15mins to check for side effects. However, would be even better if we are able to contact via Whatsapp as well. Overall experience was great!

We paid like RM600 for our v dear, sick and dying dog to get a checkup and inevitable euthanization. I understand there were a lot of people, but we were desperate n brought our precious pet in an uncomfortable tiny box and they wouldn’t even let us transfer him to a more comfortable resting place when he was lying with his neck lying out the edges of the box and dying, like couldn’t they skip ppl when it was obviously an emergency?
On the plus side, we were going through financial difficulties that time and the clinic allowed us to pay instalments, which was rly helpful for us, the dr was also very kind and understanding when we were very emotional.
