This airport is on upgraded process. It is a must because the conditions is not suitable due to the increasing of flight schedules and volume of passengers. For now it has enough basic facilities as an airport but hopefully the upgrading will be increasing the efficiency of this airport facility. As for location its quite far from city centre so plan your trip earlier so that u not missed the flight.
Quite dark interior. Have to improve on the lighting aspect and also today very unlucky as they have technical issue with the air-conditioner. Also, add some staffs at the kiosk since many are not familiar on the self check-in at the provided kiosk even though there is manual and guidelines.
No Polis Bantuan or security guard to control people from parking their car everywhere ESPECIALLY THE EXPRESS LANE!! They just put cone at the express lane then the no brainer people still park beside there. Problem never solve. There should be someone controlling the traffic especially during peak hours. Should be cannot park la at the express lane. Please improve.

Have nightmare experience with AirAsia worker during check in gate before custom into departure hall. I purchased full paid 3 tickets and amount of approved baggage is 7kg per ticket. Total of my hand carry baggage is only 17kg where i should be able to carry 21kg since I bought 3 tickets. But the Air Asia worker stupidly said not for kid since the kid cant carry luggage so not entitle 7kg for the ticket. To the Air Asia worker, you have made your company name worse due to your stupidity and causing unnecessary difficulty to your customer, avoid using Air Asia if possible.
