I have been looking for a reliable company with a reasonable pricing to downgrade our email hosting package as we don’t have many users as a SME and cost cutting is imperative at this point. Found CLDY from google and was able to chat with someone very quickly on whatsapp who’s able to answer all of my questions and coordinate the process immediately. The whole migration process happened very quickly and smoothly. The email configuration was also remotely assisted by CLDY easily. In comparison with other email hosting vendors i’ve used or enquired with, CLDY has really provided me with a seamless process from start to end. Great service, reliable and very good package / pricing that aligns with my usage. Excellent customer / user experience! Kudos to the CLDY team!

    Prices are competitive, but unfortunately hosting and technical support is extremely lacking in urgency and detailed analysis/solutions. I raised two separate tickets with details on what was going wrong, one related to hosting performance and the other to DNS record inconsistencies.
