Service has deteriorated significantly over the years. The customer service via Whatsapp don’t read what was written to them and ask for the same information which I had predicted they will ask and had given ahead, such that I have to point them out to the staff several times just in one single service incident alone.

I’ve been a customer of Exabytes since 2016. Like the saying goes for backend support services that form framework of businesses – no service is good service. It’s true for Exabytes. I haven’t had downtime nor issues. that impeded my work and cost me.

There were a few small niggling points like queries and when I realised that my secondary domain name had some forwarding error. With just one email, I received immediate attention and solution.
