    Berakas Beach;

    One of the best beaches, among other beaches in Brunei-Muara District, Brunei Darussalam. Pantai Berakas is beautiful and clean. Well managed.

    The beach is not snow-white, but the sand is clean and suitable for playing into the seawater with families with your children. Furthermore, the beach area is equipped with a playground, toilets and all facilities for couples. The beach area is not too big, but comfortable. There are not many visitors here.

    Pantai Berakas attracts visitors seeking to walk along the sandy beach and features rich vegetation along with plenty of facilities for visitors such as prayer rooms for Muslim visitors, toilets ?, and car parking areas. and there are defined places for picnics and BBQ.

    This Berakas beach is located in the northern part of Brunei-Muara District, and it is more convenient to go there by own car or calling services.

    When is it best to go?

    Keep in mind that in Brunei Darussalam, it is humid all year round,the weather is especially bad during the period from October to January, when there are tropical rains. The rest of the year, the temperature and humidity are comfortable for visiting the country.

    Fairly well maintained park. Toilets are clean and changing rooms are available. Sea water is much cleaner than what u see in KB. Not crowded and ample parking space. Nice place to seat under shelter and enjoy the sea view. If not the beach is also clean and the sands are fine so a dip in the water should be enjoyable. The other side across a wooden bridge is in poor condition. That area is full of tall casuarina trees and not to mentioned families of monkeys.

    Short and easy drive through the well-maintained reserve to an ample parking area with BBQ and shower facilities.

    The view of the beach is breathtaking. The day I got there, it was cloudy, so I got some moody beach photos which are great. If I had worn my flip flops I would have jumped into the sand and play by the water. Do note that currents are strong here so watch out for the rips – it’s not recommended to swim in the sea, though. Just strolling at the beach is cool, though.

    It’s so chill and breezy here, one could just lie down and take a nice afternoon nap. Amazingly clean and a great place to hang out. If I live in Brunei, this would be one of my favourite beach hang out places. Oh there are hike trails, too.

    Love it.

    Good place to have a beach picnic by the sand. If you dislike having picnic by the sand. There is always a stand where group of 1 or more can enjoy together or just to see the beautiful view of the beach. Multiple events you can do with your friends or family like BBQ time or swimming by the water but please beware of the high current. Safe to bring your children to this place as well but please be aware of the water current if they are playing by the beach. There is hiking area and jungle tracking as well, thou there are not a lot of of hikers. Beware of the wild animals as well like the monkey and boars.

Seri Kenangan Beach (Malay: Pantai Seri Kenangan), also known as Tutong Beach, is a beach and spit in Kuala Tutong, Mukim Pekan Tutong, Tutong District. It is located at an estimated distance of 2 km west of Tutong town. It can also be noted that clay soils were found in the areas around the beach.A popular recreation area just five-minutes drive from Tutong town, the beach's appeal is the effect created by a narrow spit of land that separates the mirror-smooth Tutong River from the ruffled waters of South China Sea. Chalets, restaurant, huts, a playground and food stall are available.A little further along, the road passes the village of Kuala Tutong sheltered amidst a forest of coconut palms, to reach the old jetty.
