We rented bikes from here to do a week-long trip. The man at the shop recommended a route and it was great. The bikes were brilliant; well-maintained and suitable for all the terrain we covered. They even provided helmets, locks and tools free of charge. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to hire bikes in Hanoi!

This place is a total gem! We came back here over and over again during our stay in Hanoi. We rented bikes to go around the city and we came back the next day to rent bikes for a longer cross-country trip. The staffs here are extremely helpful and attentive. The owner speaks very good English. They put together new bikes for us and took care of all the little details. This will be our go-to place for bike rentals for sure. Love it so much and highly recommend it to everyone.

Great hire shop, includes helmet. Bikes were Giant / Trek and well maintained. Be aware shop is called ‘Bike Plus’ so you may need to search for that name on your map. Route around the lake is approx 9 miles and safe for proficient cyclists. We found the perimeter road safer as the path was frequently blocked. What little traffic there was, was very slow and mindful of cyclists. I wouldn’t recommend this route for small children.
