2 months agoGood service for bikes and scooter renting. They didn’t make any problems with extending the bikes renting for the next days via WhatsApp.3 months agoThe only visa agent in Siem Reap that I trust. They also have bicycle and moped rentals. An incredibly friendly and established family business. Don’t risk it with other visa agents! I’ve had some really bad experiences in Cambodia but never with Smiling Frog! They really are awesome! At the tip top of Siem Reap local resources!2 months agoThis is the best scooter / bicycle rental in Siem Reap, hands down.Small family run, honest business. Bikes are well maintained and staff very helpful and friendly. I have rented bikes for 2 months from these folkes and would not consider anyone else.
a year agoWe went there because it was advised by our Tuk-Tuk driver. I am not sure that they are the cheapest in town but they provide quality service. The guy speaks good English and clearly explained conditions and prices. We did not have to pay the extra charge (5$) for Kulen Mountain because we payed full price, renting on the weekend. We rent scooters (Honda Scoopy) that were in very good condition and working well. We had a small accident and the scooter fell down while running. It results in some (not small) scratches on the scooter body. The guy appreciated our honesty and we didn’t have to pay for that and we really appreciated this commercial gesture.Just one thing that could have improved our experience would have been to ask for helmet with a visor. If you plan to speed a bit or use non-sealed roads, a visor is more convenient.
4 years agoSuper helpful and friendly, eager to help out. I hired the electric bicycles for a couple weeks which did have a few issues and I had to change bikes sometimes. Once fixed, the bikes were very good. Can also book bus tickets here which was really convenient after dropping bike off to immediately take a bus. My advice is don’t book the cheap bus tickets as they take many hours longer than the more expensive tickets and no one will speak English on those buses. Live and learn.
