Personally because i like my pastry and drinks. We came for our new years high tea and was not disappointed at all.

The summer lychee rose was excellent – the texture was just soft enough and the flavours met well. We gobbled down the pastry despite having a full lunch earlier.

I enjoyed their ol’ fashioned lemon ice tea as well – my partner took a flat white which we both really appreciated.

Flat white was fragrant even for a tea lover like myself. But the ice tea is also decent – finally some lemon tea that doesn’t taste like syrup or lemonade. The tea stood out for some reason and I would love to find out what kind of tea they used and how they brewed it beforehand.

Would come again. There were plenty of available seats as well so there wasn’t any waiting required.

Great atmosphere for photos, recommend to visit and relax yourself.

Indoor sitting is limited, and all tables are a bit small in size.

Service is nice and friendly. As for the dining ,they’re choices from breakfast to brunch to suitable for your time. People can go for a light or a heavy meal, or they can just drop by to enjoy a cup of coffee with cake.

Open Garden will be great in the morning or evening but avoid the hot afternoon, the stuffy weather may turn your good mood down.

$4.20 for economic beehoon with only 1 ingredient. Wanted to charge for Chilli as well (despite having no such price stated). Best to stay away. Ripoff black shop. Should change name to WORST Coffee Pte Ltd.

Also coffee here is $1.60. Indian store +50c ahead of 9% GST (see photo)

The best coffeeshop have designated smoking and non smoking seats for a better experience. There is many type of food available from cheap nasi lama to expensive chicken fried rice so anyone can enjoy time eating here.

First time visit the place, tried a long q prawn hokkien mee. Love the chili! Attached photo = $4 (S). Smart way of packing the chilli and pork lard, it wont mixed with the noodle. No wonder never ask me if want the chilli or not.

Coffee stall is terrible. Cash-only. Lady boss helps out sometimes and has awful attirude.

After giving the coffee stall the benefit of doubt, 6 variations of coffee (kopi) over 4 years, the “best” coffee might as well be “worst” coffee among all the coffeshops/kopitiam I’d visited.

The food options are ok, and there’s a popular Vegetarian stall here. Zi Char is overpriced and terrible (Hong Yun Ge Seafood).

In order not to have my noodles covered by the ingredients, I brought 2 boxes to purchase the vegetarian food. The lady told me they will charge separately if I segregate my noodles and ingredients, I asked why and she said is their policy, end up this cost me S$17.70 for the pic shown!!!! 3 ingredients + noodle + 1 pohpiah!!! When I asked how to arrive at that price, she refused to answer and there is no other customers behind me. Super ridiculous attitude!!!
