in the last weekWent for my Podiatry Appointment today. There’s a Patient Care Assistant who stood next to where patients can press the button for number queue. I was waiting for my turn after two people ahead of me got assisted but when it’s my turn, that damn guy ignored me and went to sit on his stupid, miserable cube desk near the entrance door. I said to myself, ‘Was it just me he ignored?’. So as I was sitting down, waiting for my turn to be registered, I saw several patients coming in and he STOOD UP TO ASSIST THEM! ? Well, well, well! Is that how you assist patients with favouritism?! No manners. No etiquette. Unprofessional.a year agoThe service is too much slow. Even for me, indonesian that already used to be in this situation (i mean indonesian public service was not top notch but not like this neither). I came by myself when in my break time from work and ended up 2.5 hours with nothing yet. Beside my illness i really hate this situation when i need to be patient queueing in pain2 months agoTrauma & Procedure Room 11. solid terribly slow! looking forward for vast improvements in the future.a month agoOnly tertiary care hospital. Well equipped and proud to serve it since 10 years.8 months ago*So good yet disappointed U Need to know…Good Doctors but – They keep changing from time to time, place to place and could turn situation sour. (Doctor quality 90/100, Rotation 50/100) (Feedback 35/100)
– Home or House Doctor normally rest Friday and Sunday where a long waiting to certain critical patient on medical trial could put to risk.( Doctor 90/100), ( Duty cycle 40/100) (Back up plan: 20/100)
– Food canteen, great fry food but it is hard to find sometimes light and refreshing ( price 80/100, quality 80/100, choices limited )
– Good Medical software System, but due to active resources keep changing , scheduling and training need to be consistent to improve its functionality. (system 90/100) ( human iteration 25/100)
– Cant find schedule of medicine most of the time, and thus add risk to either miss out medication or over medication. Inconsistency is risky to highly sensitive drugs. (20/100)
– M&E facilities, the maintenances work at certain area could be disappointed, (60/100)
– Food For Patient, among best of class and the only drawn back is they are using ro water, or distilled water. (85/100)
– Responsible security that is great in own class.( 75/100)
– Some people on a old diesel car with a long waiting shall off their engine as those toxic discharge from car exhaust can enter hospital premises that can become a health issues.( 20/100)
Summary ======…… – May Need some JOT to fulfill the process of identify all medication prior to accept the process of medication often come with individual specialist preferences. (the handshaking bond is weak as observed) they could be repetitive medicine with same effect that will result in overdose.
– Natural Ventilation and Air change could be weak on certain ward, neglecting this fact could result in unknown bacteria spreading among others other than the patients themselves.
– Overall, consider all the greatest, it is a good hospital that deserve a merit. (8/10)
* perhaps some medical equipments need to recalibrate, * time to clean the air filter.
