My highlight; 1. Receptionist on macalister wing is helpful with all information we need from the registration process to the doctor schedules. 2. The service and waiting process for the doctor is quite long 3. Then If it turns out you need a laboratory examination, the waiting process for it to be served is quite long 4. It seems like this hospital lacks medical staff

Very attentive staffs/ nurses in the I-Health clinic. The spacious and comfortable waiting area makes the waiting time very well pampered with attentive staffs handling the procedure step by step and keep our waiting time very minimal for the entire full package medical check up… they also try their best to assist the report to be ready within short period of time. last but not least is the attending staff – Ms Tan xxx Chan ( sorry can’t remember her full name) who attended my consultation for the check up package, additional service for helping me to do registrations for my other doctor follow up.. overall experience with Island Hospital health screening team is superb ???

Absolut confusion, very long waiting time even with appointment. (8:30 … at 10:00 still no doctor in sight) Then long discussion until clarified that letter of guarantee is valid. Like many other reviewers write, if you care about your time. Don’t go there. I will Never again …. I go Gleneagles. Curious whether I get the standard generated reply for low rating review.

First time here, planning to get second opinion for my wife. Hopefully everything is allright. Doctor cost around 250-300 ringgit. The Hospital is clean and modern, looks good.

Visited their A&E at about 2am on a Thurs night. Efficient service with friendly staff. Doctors and nurses were professional. Waiting time was around 30-45minutes as promised when I dialed before going down. It’s easily identifiable and you can navigate the space rather easily. Parking also available in the compound itself or at the A&E section of the building. Thank you team.

Came to one of their clinics located here. Given wrong station exit info by Goggle maps (had to wait and cross the traffic junction twice), and exit 1 is the correct exit that leads up to the hospital.

Staff at the front desk should be more attentive in the morning when patrons approached the desk. Had to “interrupt” to get to the right building.

Doctor Koh Tat Ngee Excellent Ear, Nose and Throat doctor! I was on vacation in KL and had ear wax stuck in my ear. Very uncomfortable and made traveling unbearable! I was recommended to go see Dr. Ngee. He took me in without an appointment and took car of my ear and gave me medicine. He was a God sent! Pleasant, professional, and so reasonably priced!

I wanted to take the time to thank you again Dr Julian Wong from The Vascular and Endovascular Clinic and Gleneagles Hospital for everything you did for me during my recent surgery. The nurses on the 10th floor, operating room and the one who sent me there, you guys are amazing.Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. I appreciate all the time and effort into making sure I felt as little pain and easy as possible, to keeping my spirits up and for giving me a safe and pleasant surgery experience.  I am happy to report that all went very well. My gratitude is limitless! I am comforted to know that I was in your hands. I was super terrified as this is my second surgery ever.. but it’s all behind me now. Thank you. Will for sure post in all my social media and spread the word for the excellent service- post COVID times.

I see a lot of people complaining about this hospital and it is all true. They don’t care about you, most of the staff are just as rude as possible. If Singapore wants to keep its position as a global city they should be thinking about better training those people that work at Healthcare…it is a shame. Aside of the rudeness which you can just stand as there isn’t another option they need to work on how to better manage capacity, which for sure poorly managed as you just need to complain and you get to see a doctor. Facilities are a disgrace for such expensive particular place…and nurses and staff oh my they need training like a lot on who is the customer. No one will respond or it will be a genéric “we would like to hear more…” but those companies need to understand that the customer is in charge and that the staff is not doing this as a favor…another bad experience in a Singapore hospital.
