All staff are kind and caring, the cleaning team are very polite and bless me get well soon everyday.
The negative part will be that some meals are not my taste and my room is noisy as currently there is a construction behind the hospital.

3 months agoBoth experience outpatient: for a simple urine test and X R total time staying there 4 hours . Main registration counter most of the time rude. Inpatient: waiting 3 hours with kids to have a room. They don’t want to talk about anything if you have an insurance that is not in their list of insurance (Thai insurance). They just let you wait on a chair untill you pay before treating you even though my insurance agrees to cover everything. The rooms are omg so old and so expensive comparing to other international brand new hospital. Only small bed for kid inpatient room that is normally double mattress bed on the floor suitable for toddler. In the past when it was Phuket hospital price was cheaper and facilities much more better. Registration counter for pediatric side was super rude. Nurses are nice and gentle. Both out and inpatient. Accounting and insurance staffs are not qualified can’t speak English at all . Not helpful just come to ask every hour is I contacted myself the insurance. Foreign language intervenants are friendly but not doing anything that can help me translate with the accountant or insurance.a month agoMy wife stayed in this hospital after slipping and breaking her foot and leg in 4 places. We arrived by taxi and were seen to quickly. Once booked in we were taken to emergency where my wife was x-rayed and given pain relief. The doctor spoke to us and advised surgery due to the nature of the injury. The surgery was completed that night and the quality of stitches and aftercare was very good. My wife is a nurse in the UK but spoke highly of the care she received. Whilst we had insurance that covered the cost of the treatment the overall bill was very reasonable compared to what we were expecting and other countries. On our return to the UK medical staff were complimentary on the detail of the medical notes and the treatment my wife received. Everyone was very caring and helpfulRelated articles:- Food Review at Kor Panich, Bangkok
