I had a really good stay at this hostel. What I liked most about this hostel was the super friendly and accommodating staff. They were really helpful with information about what to see and do in and around Cebu which was great because it was my first time in Philippines. The dorm was nice and spacious. Only thing I’d recommend is for there to be extra toilets and showers outside of the room because just one shower/toilet for eight people is not enough. The bar was a nice vibe because there was always a mix of locals and travelers which was cool. I’d totally stay here again.

Great place if partying until early morning hours is high on your list, otherwise it will be hard to sleep with the music. Our room had no proper window with a view, there was just a wall and at least a minimum of decoration and places to hang up clothes would have been appreciated.Very friendly staff, especially Taco, and good vibes.Located close to Alaya Shopping Mall.

All travellers love Mad Monkey because it brings people together and they know how to throw a good party. The food is not bad either. Also big shout out to Pedro at this hostel! King of entertainment. He knows how to create the party vibe and is he super friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a lively and friendly atmosphere, Mad Monkey and Pedro will sort you out!

Checked out this hyped hostel for the experience – it’s decent, especially if you’re into meeting foreign travelers. You’re getting what you pay for. Not the best for petite folks like me, the shower and mirror are a bit of a stretch. ?The room got a bit too steamy with the AC, so maybe a ventilation upgrade would be cool. Oh, and the food and drinks were just alright – nothing to rave about, but not bad either. Overall, a pretty chill stay.

It’s very close to the south bus terminal. The staff is very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is simple but good.

The wroom is extremely small but for one person it’s enough, 2 I wouldn’t do it. The AC is antique and is very noisy. The WiFi doesn’t work when you’re on the 3rd floor, only on the ground floor.

Stayed for one night between ferry trips. Had a private room with bathroom for £18 including breakfast ( egg on toast + sauseges). The comfy bed, temperature in the room was great. Slept very well. Bathroom hygiene was poor and there was a bad smell and leftover shampoo/ soap packages from the previous people. Think they need you to pay more attention when cleaning the bathroom. However for the price we didn’t mind.

Cozy rooms, small but comfy enough. So clean, facilities were good. Love the numerous pillows on the bed. The staffs were so friendly and accommodating. Great location. You can order food in their kitchen. However, it’s not PWD friendly specifically for the physically challenged.

Good Place. Everything I needed. HOT ? Shower, Coffee, Comfortable Bed, Air Con and Breakfast. Everything was Good, Except the View from the Balcony and Off the Road, went to the Hotel Next Door, thinking it was the Place.
